We had some roof damage from the high winds back in March and needed repairs. Nick from Vertical Solutions was a godsend! He helped assessed the damage and presented us with multiple options and recommendations to help us make the best decision to move forward with the unexpected necessary repair. His crew came by and made the repairs swiftly and professionally!

This was my first time getting a new roof and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Nick was super patient with us and really took the time to explain every step during the entire process. Not only did he walk us through the process and ensure we knew what was going on he took the time to actually learn what we wanted and how to best accomplish that. The day the old roof was removed and the new roof was installed was amazing. Nick sent us picture updates the entire time and made sure his team cleaned up our yard entirely. I couldn’t recommend Vertical Solutions more and especially Nick.

These guys were great. Mario was courteous from the beginning; didn’t hassle me, respectful of my time, and had great communication. The whole process was very straight forward and didn’t take long from first inspection to replacement. Vertical took care of most of the paperwork and dealing with insurance. The roof replacement was done during work hours, they cleaned everything thoroughly, and the new roof looks amazing. Someone from Vertical was onsite all day overseeing to ensure quality work. 10/10 would recommend!
