Cardinal Roofing & Exteriors, LLC - Roofing Contractor in Round Rock, TX

Our experience with Cardinal Roofing was awesome! Jay and the crew replaced our roof and gutters after the hailstorm last year. Everything was done quickly, and they paid attention to all the details. Jay kept us in the loop throughout, and took care of dealing with our insurance. We've recommend them to our neighbors that still have not had their roofs replaced.

I have had the pleasure of working with Kyla for the past couple of weeks. She is so detail oriented, punctual, and has a phenomenal personality for customer service. She is truly a valuable asset to your company!

*UPDATE* John contacted my wife and handled the situation right away. You can tell he runs a tight ship and is proud of his business. He was nothing but kind and sympathetic to my wife during their whole exchange. Thank you so much for listening and taking our concerns to heart. The middle aged/elderly woman who drives the darker minivan was tailgating me through a school zone while I was doing the speed limit... (It’s called a LIMIT for a reason) She then decided to try to intimidate and stare my wife down at the Pflugerville parkway light??? She was awfully aggressive and I don’t think it was a good look for a 5 star company to have her in their vehicle advertising them while she’s behaving this way. And if she’s an owner or manager…that’s just shameful :(

John and his team of experts at Cardinal Roofing were fantastic to work with from project start through completion! They were professional, timely, communicative, and provided top quality products and craftsmanship. Oh, and they are friendly too! I highly recommend you contact them for your next big project. I never knew replacing our roof would be so easy!

We finally have a new roof, gutters, fascia, skylight and everything we needed after the hail storm last year. Jody Adams is the man! He coordinated a few crews to get all of our needs taken care of. He was always making sure the process was going well, time coordination and even had the drip edge done twice so it would look perfect. He took special care with the color roof we wanted and matched it, as well as the fascia color that we decided to change color last minute, he made it happen with no problem! He authentically cared about us. I would recommend Jody Adams and Cardinal roofing for all your roof and exterior needs.
