ARCO Review Findings
Heritage Home Services is described as reliable, professional, and responsive, with customers praising the quality of its roofing, siding, painting, and home repair work. Reviews also highlight clear communication, helpful insurance assistance, timely completion, and thorough cleanup.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Mike when his company re roofed our home a few years ago. I called him recently because I found a small piece of a shingle on the back deck. Mike personally came by and inspected the entire roof, and took a picture of the area the small bit of material had likely come from. He informed me that the overall roof is in good condition, and will certainly last a few more years. I highly recommend Heritage Home Services…they are professionals!
Great work and very responsive. Handles insurance claims very well. New roof, siding, and painting all done great. Definitely would use Heritage Home Services again.
Mike withe Heritage Home Services came to my rescue after a severe hail storm. He was very helpful getting me through the insurance process including walking the roof with the appraiser making sure all damage was recorded correctly. His crew was fast, and complete including cleanup and raking the yard with a magnet twice. My house has never looked better. I would not hesitate to recommend Heritage Home Services to anyone requiring their services.
Mike and his crew are great at what they do and are solid people. They not only do quality work, but they care about who they work for just as much. Mike always makes sure your insurance treats you fair and all work is done properly. I have used them on 2 different occasions.
I had an excellent experience with Heritage Home Services! They repaired my roof, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the repairs, kept the area clean, and finished the job ahead of schedule. The quality of work was top-notch, and my roof looks fantastic. I highly recommend Heritage Home Services to anyone looking for reliable and skilled roofing experts. Thank you for your outstanding service!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
