Accreditation cannot be obtained through application alone. Each business must first undergo ARCO's complete review process and demonstrate that it meets the standards required for accreditation.

ARCO Review Findings
Integrity Roofing and Restoration LLC is consistently praised for its professional, responsive, and knowledgeable staff, particularly General Manager Eric Fredrickson. Customers frequently highlight the company's ability to efficiently navigate the insurance process and complete high-quality roof installations in a timely manner.
Our roof suffered damage during a hail and wind storm in early May. I ended up talking to General Manager Eric Fredrickson a day or two later. He examined our roof and quickly recommended we call our insurance company. They were out a couple of days later and we got approval of the insurance company to replace the roof a couple days after that. The new roof was installed on Friday, May 31. It looks fantastic and the team that was here was professional and quick removing the old roof and nailing down the new one, they also painted and replaced some vents to match the new roof colour. It’s only been a couple days, and we still have a bit more work to get done with the insurance company, but I can’t say enough about Eric’s dedication and the quick way we were able to quickly replace our damaged roof with Malarkey shingles. From damage to insurance approval to installation in just over 3 weeks is an amazing feat, only accomplished because how well Integrity Roofing and Restoration worked with us.
Received a quality roof from Eric & Integrity in July. After a rough night of storms and egg-sized hail, Eric called me by 10 am the next morning to check on me and the roof. He was out that same day to climb onto the roof and inspect it for hail damage. The roof held up and looked good. I was so pleased and relieved. Thanks Eric!!
We had Eric come by when tornado hit then he notified us when dropping off shingles which was Thursday then he called to let us know replacing roof on Sat took them 3hrs Done!!! They did a fantastic job!!!
Eric came out free of charge and inspected my roof, gutters, and solar panels for damage since we had multiple hail storms over the past few weeks. Extremely professional and courteous. I highly recommend using them if you need them. Five stars!
Can’t go wrong with Integrity Roofing. Eric and his team were outstanding in every respect when we had to replace our roof and gutters recently. He made a very stressful situation easy to navigate. Very responsive and always there to answer our questions, trustworthy, reliable and most of all knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with this company and we highly recommend them for all your roofing needs!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
