Jimmy and his team were incredible to work with! From the start, Jimmy went above and beyond. He noticed we had missing ridge caps. He replaced them before we even signed the contract! That is service you just don’t see much anymore. Once the project started, you could tell that the roof was going to be completely impenetrable from rain and snow. The team ensured every area was completely sealed. After multiple roof leaks, that’s what we wanted. Once the roof was completely installed, we were completely floored by how incredible it looked. The house looked like a brand new home! If anyone is needing to replace their roof, I cannot recommend Innovative enough. You will not be disappointed! To Jimmy and his team, thank you so very much!

I highly recommend Innovative Roofing & Siding. I had a great experience dealing with General Manager Jimmy Garland during our roof replacement project from start to finish. He reviewed the scope of work with me, shared his input on the project, discussed options, and provided a quotation at a very reasonable price. When it came time to begin the work, the crew did a great job to get started on time and wrapped up in just two days. Everyone was helpful to answer any and all questions I had. I appreciated the opportunity to check-in on the work and provide input. I am pleased with the look and quality of final product, and our house is ready to weather storms for years to come.

I received a very detailed quote for the new roof. Jimmy Garland explained the quote and process. Was there to answer all my questions. He was very easy to work with. Jimmy was also there overseeing the job. Oscar's and his team are a great group of guys. Their work and clean-up was excellent. I appreciate them going the extra mile for me. I will recommend them to others.

Very honest contractor. 3 other companies came in the past to try to fix the issue and $20,000 later issue was still there until Rocky came and fixed it for good. Will definitively all Rocky again if I have new work to be done on my roof.

Why Hire an ARCO-Accredited Roofer

The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.

Homeowner Benefits

Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
