Barnett Roofing - Roofing Contractor in Knoxville, TN

I know some people don’t like reading long drawn-out reviews, so if you are one of those people, then I will say this for you, if you need a new roof, repairs or inspections, at a reasonable price, I would highly recommend Barnett Roofing. Now for those who don’t mind longer reviews and actually enjoy getting some insight into how a company treats its customers. Here’s my two cents: I couldn’t be happier with my experience of having my roof replaced! From start to finish, everyone I dealt with was professional, honest, and very easy to work with. As an elderly woman, having major work done on my home can be stressful, and I was especially concerned about making sure I was dealing with people I could trust. I want other seniors, especially women who may have the same concerns, to know that I never felt like anyone was trying to take advantage of me or pressure me into anything. Justin the sales estimator was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns I had. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable and confident with the decisions I made. Wesley the job foreman was also outstanding. He kept me informed throughout the entire project and never did any extra work without first calling me, explaining what they found, and going over my options. He took pictures and sent me updates along the way, which allowed me to see exactly how everything was progressing. The guys who did the work did a great job. They worked hard and paid attention to detail, which really shows in the quality of the work, and they did an excellent job cleaning up. I am very pleased with the finished roof. Replacing a roof is a big investment, especially when you’re on a tight budget, and I truly appreciate how honest, respectful, and professional everyone was. I would highly recommend this company to everyone, but especially to other seniors who may be nervous about going thru the process of such a large project. They treated me with respect, communicated with me every step of the way, and did an excellent job. I am very happy with my new roof and the entire experience!

Barrnett Roofing did such an excellent job. Thank you so much for your outstanding service and for all the hard work you put into my home. I truly appreciate your professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication. You went above and beyond, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything you did to make my home beautiful. Your work and kindness mean more than you know! I highly recommend this company! Shout out to Wes for his excellent communication and skills. His crew 1000/10!!

Jimmy and his crew where great. They showed up and went right to work. Cleaned everything. Finally the right people for the job

On 7/1/2026 Barnett's crew came out to repair my roof and discovered that my repairs were mistakenly done by a repairman who worked on the adjoining home. and said that there would be no charge. I chose Barnett Roofing because of their reputation. Their firm's personnel (office staff, estimator, crew leaded and crew) are a good example of a reputable, honest, quality firm that I can highly recommend. In this age of lowball and deceiving estimates, it is a blessing to have a company like Barnett Roofing that people can place their confidence and trust in.

Good Product. Great Communication from the office, salesman, and site manager. We particularly appreciate [redacted] who did the evaluation and contract and [redacted] who managed the project on site. We are most pleased and highly recommend Barnett Roofing Company.
