Flow Roofing - Roofing Contractor in Knoxville, TN

Sam and his team were incredible to work with. We had a terrible wind storm come through and wreak havoc on our roof. Sam was quick to walk the property to assess the damage and was transparent with what options we had on repair versus replacing. He made us a fair price to have the roof replaced and was patient with us while we worked with our insurance company and provided a great reference for a public adjuster to help us with the claim. Once we gave him the green light on starting the project, the cogs were moving, and the entire project was completed in a very timely fashion. They also left the job site clean for our property management to prepare for the upcoming guests (not typical of most contractors from my experience). He is a great communicator, sharp, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Flow Roofing if you are looking to have a roof replaced or repaired.

We are very pleased with the Flow Roofing folks. The owner, Phil, is hands on & has assembled a good team of people. Ben consulted with us & answered all of our questions and helped us interface with our insurance company after some storm damage. The crews & leaders Tyler & Chase made sure plants were protected & the cleanup was well done. Donnavin wowed us with high resolution drone shots after the job was finished. Flow Roofing partners with Mike Odom with “All About Gutters” and his 35 years of experience was very evident. We really appreciated him. We are happy to find this local company doing excellent quality work.

I wish I would have found Flow Roofing first. They came in after another company botched my roof and almost ruined my home. Sam with Flow was a breath of fresh air. He showed up when he said he would, looked everything over, and actually explained what needed to be fixed without talking to me like I was clueless. He answered every single question I had, and trust me, I had plenty after the nightmare I’d been dealing with. When install day came, the crew worked fast, kept the place clean, and checked in with me throughout the whole thing so I always knew what was going on. After the headache I had before, this felt like someone finally knew what they were doing. Pricing was straight and fair with no surprise charges. If you need a reliable roofing company that does things the right way, this is the one. They take pride in their work, and it shows in every detail. They make sure everything gets inspected after the install and that you’re happy with the results. I’m honestly so relieved with how my roof turned out and feel like my house is finally protected again.

Flow Roofing just completed our new roof and we couldn’t be happier. As great as the roof looks, the customer service was even better. They were responsive to every call, showed up when they said they would, and were professional in every aspect of the job. I highly recommend them if you need any roof work!

I had a great experience with the entire Flow Roofing team from the initial call, to the first visit, to the day of, the follow up, everything went flawlessly. I was actually skeptic of just how well everything went, from communication to the installation of my roof, and even the clean up. I still feel it all went too good to believe but it did. I am SO beyond happy with the roof and glad that I went with Flow Roofing. I have zero leaks now and I KNOW I invested correctly into my roof and the workmanship done. This team impressed me and I’d recommend this company all day, every day. Thank you Tyler, Ben, and the entire team at Flow Rooing. You guys all made this the easiest and best decision I could have made to protect my home with a roof that I know was done correctly and is now correct for my home. Very grateful!!! I hope everyone gets to experience and feel the same way I do.
