Burell Built Roofing - Roofing Contractor in Knoxville, TN

My experience with Burell Built was fantastic from beginning to end. Jamie was my contact through the experience and she was very attentive to questions I had and was quick to either respond or find out the answer for me. There was total transparency in what was likely going to need to be repaired as well as explanation of what was defective/causing issues in my roof. The crew showed up at the time I was informed they would and were very professional. The crew did a great job of cleaning up after installation as well which I really appreciated since I have animals who roam around. There were several workers with buckets and magnets going around throughout the day to keep mess minimal. Overall the entire experience was pleasant considering this is my first home and first roof purchase, I went into it stressed and came out very relieved. Metal rusty roof before and new shingle roof put on has also made the look of the house so so so much better and brings a total different character to it that makes me enjoy looking at my home.

Byron was our point person and he was awesome. We had multiple people come to give us an estimate and he went above and beyond when inspecting our roof and providing the estimate and presenting options for repairs and upgrades. His report was so thorough and gave us confidence that Burell would have an eye for important details. The crew was very efficient and our job was completed in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend this company to friends.

Byron did a tremendous job for us repairing a roof leak we had at our house. He was quick, efficient, and kept us informed…explaining what had caused the issue and what should be done to correct it. Would highly recommend!

Burell Built installed a new roof on our house last week. We worked with Byron. He was great. We had a small leak that led to us discovering several major issues with our roof. I had multiple companies come out, Bryon was the most thorough when inspecting and gave us several options to fix the issues. The work was completed quickly and communication was good. The company was recommended to us by our realtor.

Our real estate office, The Knox Fox Real Estate Group, has referred Jamie Hash multiple times. She is great at inspecting and appropriately quoting what is needed. Very responsive and great communication. I highly recommend you call her for your roofing needs.
