Jacob's Ladder Construction and Roofing - Roofing Contractor in Winston Salem, NC

Was supposed to have another company replace my roof, kept getting ignored. 1 call and less than a week later my roof was replaced!! Great job, affordable, professional!! Highly recommend this company!!

Jacob's Ladder Construction and Roofing LLC did a great job on my roof. Shawn and his team did a wonderful job communicating when the job would start and keeping me updated as they completed the job. They also recommended black gutters and I have received a number of comments on how good they look! Shawn and Sam, thank you for the great job!

Jacob's Ladder just finished a partial vinyl siding; and a complete soffit and fascia wrap on my house as well as wrapping all windows and doors. The crew was thorough, professional, punctual, and respectful of my property. The quote was very reasonable. The work was first rate! I did not know the original Jacob owner, but Jacob Willard - current owner - is really honest dependable and easy to work with. Shane heads up an experienced, talented crew which does stellar work. I am very pleased with the job this group completed on my house in four days. I heartily recommend Jacob's Ladder for any construction needs!

Had a great experience with Jacob’s Ladder Construction. Would give ten stars if I could. Shawn and Jacob could not have done a better job! They were always on time and did an incredible job on our home. Definitely save your time and money and just use this company. It is worth every penny.

I noticed my roof was leaking and so I called several different companies for estimates. Out of the various places I called the only one to return my call back was Jacob's Ladder Construction and Roofing. It was late in the day so I really wasn't expecting anyone to show up until later in the week but Shawn had just finished out his day and since it was still light out he showed up at the end of a busy day to access my roof. I so thankful I called them. What could have turned into a nightmare for me ended up costing less than I was expecting. I was thinking I was going to have to replace the roof but thanks to Shawn and his professionalism and honesty, he saved me a lot of money. After his thorough inspection it turned out the only thing I needed to do was have my gutters replaced,so I upgraded to a much better gutter system. Thank you so much Shawn for for your honesty, professionalism and taking the time after you had already done a long, hard day's work to come out and inspect my roof. Shawn let me know that himself and his crew would be out in a few days to take care of the job. I am so pleased with the way it all turned out. In a days time they had the job completed including cleanup. I will definitely and highly be recommending Shawn and Jacob's Ladder Construction and Roofing to my friends, family and anyone else who may need their services.
