ARCO Review Findings
Right Choice Restoration is highly regarded for its professional, efficient team that completes roof installations in a single day while maintaining excellent workmanship. Customers frequently praise the company for its thorough communication, helpful support with insurance claims, and meticulous cleanup of the job site.
We live in Richburg, SC. This was our first time having a new roof installed and we obviously made the right choice hiring Right Choice Restoration LLC. They inspected our roof, worked with our insurance agent, advised us on different shingles and ordered everything before inventory was too low (due to manufacturer shortages from COVID-19 disruption). The job included our 1.5 story home and a large 1.5 story detached garage. They also helped us finish additional work needed to include roofing a new back porch. We were so pleased that we also had them install new black guttering throughout. The work was fast, professional and impeccable. I joked the crew were fire ants as they attacked the project with experience and efficiency. Jason and Scott were great. We love the end result.
Right Choice Restorations replaced my 25 year old roof yesterday. My first contact with them was about possible hail damage to the roof. My insurance company declined the claim. However, I felt Chad was correct in his evaluation of my roof and proceeded to have Right Choice replace it. Jason and Chad were always polite in our conversations and answered any questions I had. The crew arrived promptly to start the job and completed it in one day, about 14 hours. The workmanship is excellent and the roof is perfect for my house. It is a beautiful addition to the appearance of my house. I highly recommend Right Choice Restorations for your roofing needs.
Right Choice Restoration was definitely the right choice for me. I really enjoyed working with Chris Frye and the entire Right Choice Team. I really appreciated their thorough roof inspection and the extra effort taken to make sure I understood each step in the process. The most impressive feature by Right Choice Restoration was their one day installation… excellent workmanship, professionalism and politeness of staff and workers. The clean-up and overall appearance of my new roof was more than I expected… I was extremely please with the entire process, from start to finish. It was so very refreshing to finally find a Company that does exactly what they advertise and stand behind every word. Thank You Right Choice Restoration For A Job Well Done!!!
Best roofing contractor in the area. Jason stuck by us and supported us through a very difficult situation with our insurance company. He was patient and really went to bat for us. Jason and his crew worked extremely hard and did an outstanding job on the updates they did to our home. His office personnel is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them to everyone seeking improvements or repairs. Thank you, Jason and crew! We truly appreciate you all!
(Posting on behalf of my parents---C & M McMillan) First of all, Chris was the epitome of professional conduct and customer service. The work crew was efficient and proficient. The job was completed in a timely manner with immaculate cleaning and restoration of the job site Every aspect of this business encounter was commendable. We highly recommend Right Choice Restoration for any roofing concerns/repairs you may require. Quality work at a fair price!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
