Accreditation cannot be obtained through application alone. Each business must first undergo ARCO's complete review process and demonstrate that it meets the standards required for accreditation.

ARCO Review Findings
Joe Campbell Roofing is consistently praised for their professional, efficient, and reliable service, with customers highlighting their ability to complete roof replacements quickly and thoroughly. Clients frequently commend the team for their clear communication, punctuality, and commitment to leaving the job site clean and debris-free.
Campbell Roofing has performed repairs on my roof in the past and also performed a remove and replace on my entire roof. They are always professional, efficient, and show up when they say they will. I highly recommend them. Efficient, reliable, and BBB rated
We were extremely satisfied with Joe Campbell Roofing company. Our sales representative, Jason Bowlin was so professional and courteous. Scheduling, estimates and communication was on point. When work began, we were amazed at how quickly the team proceeded to dismantle, repair and install our new roof. The whole Joe Campbell team are experts at what they do. We would recommend this company for any and all roofing needs.
Full roof was completed within four hours and followed up with a check-in on all parts of the roof/to clean it up. Would highly recommend! Zach was great!
Tony and his crew did a great job on my new metal roof. I took his advice and chose the metal over a shingled roof for the additional lifetime of metal, and the fact that it will withstand a much higher wind load. I've had hurricane force winds up here on the mountain where I'm building, I'm about 3500 feet, so I wanted to be sure the roof will hold up. I feel very confident that it will, and that Joe Campbell roofing will stand behind their work. Thanks again
We were very impressed with Zach, Adrian and others in the office, and the entire roofing crew. The job turned out to be bigger than expected, but Zach kept us informed and took the time to come out personally to review the damage and what needed to be done to ensure it was done properly this time. We would highly recommend Campbell Roofing to others.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
