ARCO Review Findings
Southern Roofing is highly regarded for its prompt, professional service and high-quality workmanship on both minor repairs and full roof replacements. Clients frequently commend the team for their efficient project completion, thorough cleanup, and clear communication throughout the process.
I highly recommend working with Southern Roofing! The entire process took less than 2 days including removal of the old roof, installation of the new roof, and a thorough clean up process. A new roof is an investment and you can trust that the team at Southern Roofing will approach the job with that in mind!
Very fast service. My (large) roof war completely replaced in 24 hours. They also coordinated with the A/C company because some work needed to be done by them to complete the project. I didn’t have to do anything. Mac took care of the permitting, coordinating and cleanup. The new roof looks amazing! Great pricing and wonderful service.
Eric and the team at Southern Roofing are outstanding! The roofing work was quick and clean. The entire process was completed in a day, and the clean-up was thorough -- no shingles or nails left lying around. Costs were reasonable, including replacement of rotten wood. I would 100% recommend Southern Roofing, and I am planning on using them again for gutter replacement!
I noticed a small water spot on my ceiling in our 2nd floor laundry room. I called Mac with Southern Roofing and he was out the very next day to discern what the issue was. He was very honest and did a thorough inspection of the entire roof along with determining the cause of the small leak. He quickly determined that it was failing sealant caulk on the nails for the dryer vent boot. He showed me pictures of the issue and proceeded to repair the issue. While I was glad it was a minor issue I greatly appreciated Mac’s honesty and integrity with performing a comprehensive roof inspection to look for any other potential issues. I would highly recommend Mac and Southern Roofing to anyone needing assistance with any of their roofing issues in the low country. I was really glad I reached out to him! Thanks again Mac!
Great people work timeliness, dependability, and communication all around. I highly recommend this company whether you were needing a new roof or putting in gutters or even just a second opinion they are wonderful.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
