About ARCO Accreditation
Accreditation cannot be obtained through application alone. Each business must first undergo ARCO's complete review process and demonstrate that it meets the standards required for accreditation.
Provide your contact information below. ARCO will review your inquiry and determine whether your business may be invited to complete the accreditation review process.

ARCO Review Findings
Merritt Roofing is consistently praised for its professional, knowledgeable, and responsive staff who provide clear communication throughout the repair and replacement process. Customers frequently highlight the team’s efficiency, quality workmanship, and thorough cleanup upon project completion.
I found the staff at Merritt Roofing to be friendly, very helpful, professional. Shout out to Jason and Courtney for their patience and assistance. I enjoyed them so much I just referred them to my sister. Good luck you guys, stay safe.
Caleb was very helpful and courteous from the very beginning as we were trying to file the claim for hail damage with Allstate. He showed up twice for our roof inspection because Allstate stood us up the first time. Courtney was very responsive as well with the communication process, always answering my questions promptly. I decided to pay for my own roof and it was one of the best decisions for the house. The roof looks great. Everyone was professional. Everything was done within a day. I am very happy with Merritt Roofing. Also their guidance in finding a better insurance provider than Allstate was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Merritt to those who are thinking about replacing their roofs.
Great service. Professional and efficient. Jason was our project manager and onsite throughout the whole job, quickly addressed any of questions. Ensured thorough cleanup afterwards. Happy with the quality of work. Highly recommend
Lucky with Merritt Roofing was knowledgeable, professional and was great with communication from the beginning he called soon after I filled out the online roof quote request. He came out on time for both appts and answered all our questions about inquiring if we would have any chance if we opened an insurance claim and he gave us straight forward and honest advice about that. He is a great representative for Merritt Roofing he gave us a great presentation about the company and their Owens Corning shingles and when he was done the estimate was competitive enough we decided without discussion to hire Merritt for our roofing job!! Lucky and his team worked hard the day they came out for our project they were down three people but still did a complete job with great clean up and finished the next morning. They are a great and professional company to hire!!!
Ray and his crew were excellent from start to finish, making sure we received a roof that met our expectations and needs. Would highly recommend Merritt Roofing!!!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
