ARCO Review Findings

Customers frequently highlight the company's clear communication, efficient project management, and thorough cleanup practices as reasons for their high level of satisfaction.
Best roofing contractor in Charlotte, hands down! They really know their stuff. Super knowledgeable, and helpful. They are true craftsman! If you are looking for a roofing company that knows exactly how to either pinpoint a leak in your roof or let you know when it is time to get a full replacement they should be your only call! Luke and his team were able to not only come out when I needed them to, but they were able to give me some guidance on whether or not I needed a new roof. They patched a leak, and also were spot on in their timeline of when I needed a new one. AND! they followed up with me on when that was. Great customer service and their crew was also super efficient in helping me navigate the whole roofing claim process. Highly recommend!
Great roofers! I’m a contractor and have roofed many houses, this one was too big for me to take on, talked to Justin, he got his crew out for me. Fast, and quality work, cleaned up better than any crew I’ve seen, lines are straight, great attention to detail. I would recommend them to anyone
These guys came through for me when I needed it. They were easy to communicate with, kept me updated the whole time, and got the job done without any hassle. The crew was respectful, worked efficiently, and made sure everything looked right before wrapping up. You can tell they take pride in their work. I’m happy with how everything turned out and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.
I had a great experience working with Jacob from Horizon Roofing & Restoration. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain what needed to be done before starting the gutter repairs. The work was completed quickly and with great attention to detail. My gutters are now working perfectly, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. Jacob’s professionalism and dedication truly stood out—I would gladly recommend him and Horizon Roofing & Restoration to anyone in need of reliable service on their homes.
I had a great experience with Horizon Roofing. From the first call to the final cleanup, everything was handled smoothly. They broke down what needed to be done in a way that made sense, gave me a fair price, and stuck to it. The crew worked hard, finished on time, and left my place looking better than when they arrived. No stress, no runaround — just solid, honest work. I’d definitely recommend them.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
