ARCO Review Findings
Colony Roofers is consistently praised for its professional, responsive team that provides high-quality workmanship and clear communication throughout the repair and replacement process. Customers frequently highlight the company's punctuality, efficiency, and dedication to maintaining a clean worksite.
Stone Yancey with Colony Roofers did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was professional, responsive, and made the entire process easy and stress-free! Communication was excellent, which is few and far between nowadays. Timelines were met, and the quality of work exceeded expectations. It's clear he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Stone Yancey and Colony Roofers to anyone looking for reliable, top-notch roofing services!
Stone Yancey from Colony Roofer provided an estimate for rotting wood repairs and gutter replacement at our family home. Because I live out of state, scheduling the work was challenging, but Stone was extremely patient and accommodating throughout the process. Once the date was secured, Fernando and his team completed the work professionally and efficiently, delivering excellent results and maintaining a clean worksite. I would rate their service a 10/10 and highly recommend Colony Roofer to anyone seeking reliable, high-quality workmanship.
Colony Roofers is a hidden gem! We had a roof leak and Colony Roofers came quickly. Giovanni was very knowledgeable and did the most thorough inspection. They came the next day to repair and replace all the pipe boots. More importantly, they did a thorough maintenance for the entire roof to help extend its service life. We found Giovanni and his team honest, hard working, thorough and professional. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Colony Roofers!
I had an excellent experience with this roofing company! Stone was absolutely outstanding—knowledgeable, professional, and always responsive. He guided me through the entire process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The work itself was top-notch, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. If you’re looking for a reliable roofing company with a rep who genuinely cares about his customers, Stone is the one to work with. Highly recommend!
Lucio from Colony Roofers fixed my roof and did an amazing job. He was very professional, showed up on time, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Colony Roofers to anyone needing roofing work.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
