Can't say enough about Chris Miles. When Hurricane Michael hit Panama City we hired Chris. We were not located in Florida but Chris kept us informed and went above and beyond helping us out. I can't say how many times he updated us with progress, photos and video. He worked endless hours to get our job completed. The service we were given was exceptional in every way. I would highly recommend Alpha Commercial Roofing!

I just had a visit with Chris. He cold called me!! Who does that? Hungry and thriving businesses do that. I was extremely impressed. These gentlemen we’re early for their appointment. They didn’t bother me they did their own investigation. They came back and they informed me. They advised me. They made suggestions. I am absolutely grateful that they are trying to explain the process to me rather than take my money. I believe that I will remember this team even if I don’t utilize their services. Great jobs don’t go unnoticed. Thank you again for your time and I look forward to working with you guys in the future.

The whole team was top notch. I was informed of every detail every step of the way. Pleasure to deal with a company that stands behind their work especially Chris Miles who knew every step of the insurance process and made sure we understand what was covered & not covered under warranty. Also the quality of work was outstanding

It has been a pleasure to work with Chris and Daniel(one of his project managers) on repairing 10 flat roofs on our modern Town Home Community. Very communicative, Professional, and most of all did what they said they would do. I would highly recommend!

Why Hire an ARCO-Accredited Roofer
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Homeowner Benefits
-
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
-
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
-
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
-
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
What Accreditation Means

- State Filing & Standing Review
- Federal Exclusion Screening
