ARCO Review Findings
Reviewers describe Firebrand as professional, communicative, thorough, and timely, with high-quality roofing, gutter, and related repair work. They also appreciate the company’s help with insurance claims, transparent guidance, fair pricing, detailed documentation, and careful cleanup.
Absolute Best in Roswell!I cannot recommend Firebrand Roofing enough! From start to finish, they were professional, highly knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient when they replaced my roof. What truly sets them apart is how much they care. They are hands-down the most caring company out there and consistently went above and beyond for us. Navigating a roof replacement can be stressful, but they took all the weight off our shoulders by communicating directly with our insurance company. They guided and helped us through every single step of the process. If you need any roof work done, do not hesitate to call them. I would recommend Firebrand Roofing to anyone in a heartbeat!
Firebrand is an excellent roofing company whose customer service members go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. Their construction crew also seemed to do a good job at least by the look of the finished product. Outstanding. Aaron especially was key to making my experience excellent. His customer focus, communication, follow up, and follow through were notable. William was also helpful when he finished things up, cleaned up, and fixed a final detail that made the job perfect. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a roof. Ask for Aaron.
I bought this home in 1984 and this is my third roof replacement. My neighbors recommended this company to me and they did such a wonderful job. I am so happy and out of all the roofs this is my favorite one yet. They also replaced my gutters, downspouts and gutter guards. They educated me on the Owen Corning Duration shingle and it looks wonderful. Barrington, Boaz and the rest of the team are so professional and easy to work with.
Boaz and his team finished our roofing project in December just before the Christmas holidays. They were excellent from start to finish. They helped us navigate the world of insurance claims and public adjusters with precision. When it came time for the job to be completed, their team was excellent in communication and results! As small business owners ourselves, my husband and I cannot say enough about how great they are to work with. Boaz will personally stay involved in every aspect of your job. His team is friendly and knowledgeable. The work will be completed with the expertise required to get the job done right. This team is A+. We had our roof, gutters, and downspouts all replaced with Firebrand. Call them today!
My experience was nothing short of painless and convenient. I could not have asked more of Boaz and his team. Very polite and most courteous (a trait not easily found in today’s world)! They were timely and thorough each day- and completed the project (a beautiful new roof and repainting deck, following heavy damage from hail) quickly and smoothly….. and the icing on the cake was what an excellent job they did in cleaning up the mess of a new roof when the job was finished. I would highly recommend them for Roof repairs! I am a happy customer
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
