Transcend Roofing Systems, LLC - Roofing Contractor in Alpharetta, GA

Transcend roofing and their sales/support team is exceptional. Chandler and Logan were with us all of the way through the insurance process through build. The level of care and support is incredible (even in their busiest time). They care so much for the customer, they go out of their way to ensure both husband and wife happy with all of the options. Chandler is an advocate for us and Transcend with insurance companies and really understands roofs and the processes. He handled so much for us and made process easy. They support the roof, gutters, and downspouts. I also appreciate the explanation of the quality of GAF products used to build the highest quality roofing system, one better than we had, and one that will get us discounts with insurance companies. The build process is very organized and efficient. They scheduled everything as explained with materials and dumpster showing up day before, crew coming early next day, tear off and install completed in one day (with clean up) and then at night the dumpster was gone. They even came next day to ensue job was right and cleaned more. We cannot be happier with the service and quality! Last thing, it is clear that they care - from all the communications, focus on us, and follow through they earn the BBB rating they have today. Hope they continue that way.

Recently had my entire roof and gutters replaced by Transcend Roofing Systems. Very happy and pleased with completed work. Roof and gutters look great. Chandler and Jagger did an outstanding job from start to finish. They did a most professional job with inspections, coordinating with insurance and communicating with my claims adjuster. From total installation and final clean up they insured a total 100% awesome project. Their A+ rating with the BBB is definitely well earned. Would most highly recommend them to others. Thanks again.

I had a great experience with Transcend Roofing, especially working with Chandler Deblois. There was no pressure at any point, which really set them apart. Chandler was professional, patient, and focused on helping me understand my options rather than pushing a sale. They were also excellent in guiding me through the insurance process. Transcend Roofing was able to document and prove roof damage to my insurance company when other roofing companies couldn’t, which made the whole process much easier. The team was easy to work with, communication was solid, and the quality of the work is great — my roof looks fantastic. Overall, it was a very positive customer experience, and I’d definitely recommend them.

I really can’t say enough about the job that Chandler, Logan and all the rest of the folks at Transcend Roofing have done. They were doing work in the neighborhood and asked if I would like an inspection. I agreed and when I saw the pictures of the damage we discussed whether it was enough that State Farm would approve it. They assured me that it met and exceeded the criteria for approval. They knew all the intricacies of the different insurance companies processes and criteria. Chandler and Logan made the call to State Farm to file the claim with me in my dining room and that was about all the work I did. They met with the adjuster on site and he approved the roof replacement, new gutters and replacing the metal roof over the porch. When we received the initial proposal from the insurance company it was underestimating the square footage of the roof, the amount of gutter required and the size of the metal roofing. Transcend worked directly with State Farm and had the settlement adjusted to reflect the proper higher amount. Roof install was done in a day. They came back to install gutters and the metal roof soon after. They stayed in touch and were always available if I needed to talk to them. It was overall an excellent experience working with Transcend. Highly recommend their services.
