Atlanta Metro Roofing - Roofing Contractor in Alpharetta, GA

When our aging roof became uninsurable, anxiety set in. Choosing the right company felt like a gamble. Thankfully, Atlanta Metro Roofing came to the rescue! With over 15 years of experience, they stood out from the 5 other roofers we contacted for quotes. Firstly, Shari, the owner, was a breath of fresh air. Unlike pushy salespeople, she was incredibly communicative, patiently answering our questions and concerns. We opted to pay out-of-pocket, and she offered the most competitive price upfront. Her honesty and transparency were refreshing. Beyond cost, Shari expertly broke down the entire roofing process, highlighting what made Atlanta Metro Roofing different. They're not in it for quick insurance payouts; they prioritize quality and long-lasting results. This focus on craftsmanship aligned perfectly with our values. And the quality wasn't just theoretical. Leo, their lead installer, and his crew were phenomenal. They worked quickly and meticulously, transforming our roof with impressive skill and attention to detail. Watching them operate instilled confidence that we were in the hands of true professionals. Furthermore, Shari went above and beyond by delivering roofing samples right to our door. This personalized touch helped us visualize and choose the perfect shingle color, making a potentially overwhelming decision effortless. Ultimately, Atlanta Metro Roofing turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. Their 15+ years of expertise, clear communication, competitive pricing, and commitment to quality are unmatched. If you're looking for a roofer you can trust, look no further! I whole-heartedly recommend Atlanta Metro Roofing to anyone seeking peace of mind and superior craftsmanship. They truly delivered on every level!

We had a great experience using Atlanta Metro Roofing. They approached us and suggested we investigate an insurance claim since we had two hail storms in our area. I didn't think we would be approved but they were correct and our roof was fully paid by insurance. Shari was extremely helpful in providing samples and numerous photos of houses with similar brick. This made the selection process easier and less stressful. The roof was installed in one day and the gutters in one additional day. A VERY smooth and painless process. Highly recommend. 😊

While Leo @ AMR was repairing my neighbor’s roof, he noticed some rotted damaged fascia on my 2nd story roof. He informed my neighbor who let me know and I reached out to Shari @ AMR. Leo came out the same week to provide a very fair estimate to repair the damaged facia along my roof line. Leo and his team made the repairs promptly and it looks great now. They took photos of the entire work as they progressed. Atlanta Metro Roofing is reliable and does excellent work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The Atlanta Metro Roofing company provided me excellent service and a very competitive price. I had spoken to a couple of other companies about replacing my roof. Then I called my son to get his feedback. That was the best thing I could have done. My daughter in-law is a realtor and had been recommending Atlanta Metro Roofing for years. It hadn’t crossed my mind to ask her first. Nevertheless, I took her recommendation and hired Atlanta Metro Roofing and I am incredibly pleased! I think they performed an excellent job.

Right from the start with the first phone call with Brett everything was a breeze and he was very detailed and extremely professional. I knew what to expect and he even followed up the day of my appointment to remind me and make sure that I didn't have any more questions for him. He has been so pleasant through my process and very helpful. Today was my appointment for the inspection and Leo was the inspector that came out. Hands down he was very informational and he walked around with me to listen in detail to my concerns. He was very knowledgable and he took a lot of photos and then he performed his inspection on the roof. It was a pleasure knowing that I was dealing with a very honest and trustworthy person that I could depend on and not take advantage of me because I'm elder. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and you won't be disappointed! Thank you so much to the company, Brett, and Leo for an amazing experience and keep up the good work. Dean Payne
