ARCO Review Findings
ARMOR Roof Crafters is praised for high-quality, detailed workmanship, professional and responsive service, and clear communication throughout roofing projects. Reviewers also highlight the company’s help with insurance claims, timely completion, careful protection of landscaping, thorough cleanup, and honest assessments.
I had an outstanding experience with this roofing company from start to finish. Their communication was exceptional throughout the entire process, keeping us informed every step of the way. They worked directly with our insurance company, making what could have been a stressful situation incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations. Tommy & Colton demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. What truly set them apart was their customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed correctly and that we were completely satisfied with the final result. It is rare to find a company that combines expertise, responsiveness, and care at this level. If you are looking for a roofing company you can trust, I highly recommend them. Their service was beyond reproach, and we would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family and friends.
Absolutely above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend Armor Roof Crafters to anyone looking for an honest roofer and exceptional craftsman. I had previously been denied on three prior insurance claims related to the storm damage on my roof. Upon referral, Colton Sandes inspected the roof, provided an honest assessment and reviewed the prior denial paperwork. Dealing with my insurance company felt like a battle of David versus Goliath, but Colton was able to get the denial overturned and the full roof was approved! Tommy Falk had excellent attention to detail while overseeing the full project, especially in correcting some existing issues with the roof structure and coordinating all of the related work on the gutters, chimneys and stucco.
Armor roof crafters was fantastic to work with Colton was able to meet with our insurance adjuster and get the roof approved. work was done in a timely manner and the area was cleaned up. installers took great care in protecting the landscaping around the house and making sure that all was done to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Armor roof crafters

I wanted to give a fantastic review to Colton, from Armor Roof Crafters. Several homes in our neighborhood had roof damage from a hail storm. Colton reassured us that our roof was not damaged. He did point out some issues that we will have to address in the future. Being honest and having integrity to not encourage unnecessary repairs is something that is to be applauded and encouraged. Thanks again Colton !
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
