Guaranteed Roof, LLC - Roofing Contractor in Alpharetta, GA

Christian Brown was awesome. He did a thorough job and even went the extra mile and cleaned up so they everything looked brand new. Super nice guy as well. I could not recommend this company and Christian more.

The crew that did the pool house roof. Went above and beyond my expectations. I was impressed by the way they worked together and how the rest of the crew showed up when they got off to help out the two guys that were on my pool roof for 12 hours straight. This helpfulness and loyalty impress me. This was the Gonzalez crew that did the pool roof. The roof Max people that did my house roof. We're professional and mostly informative. I was promised that they would spray down the bushes and the house siding before and after the roof Max treatment was applied to the roof. I did have to clean up after them some. Not a lot, but it was still stuff they left. And I had to clean up after them.

Guaranteed Roof is a great roofing company, very professional and respectful and my Roof is beautiful and keeps the water off my head, now my name is Charles and I was a roofing contractor for 35 years but I'm 54 now and roofing took a toll on my body so I'm rather a difficult person to work for especially working on my Roof cause you know I was a roofer so I wanted my roof done to my standard and Guaranteed Roof came and did an outstanding job on my roof and cleaned up everything I would recommend Guaranteed Roof to anybody.

Guaranteed Roof accomplished difficult task. Our townhouse is three stories high in the front so they adjusted by accessing roof from back terrace. Christian & Matt B., were efficient with their time but made sure they were not rushed or hindered by lack of daylight. They made sure I saw as much of the "before & after" then completely cleaned the back terrace as well as front drive. They walked be through the process before it started and then reviewed detailed checklist of what was accomplished. I am looking forward to the completion of the final product application to protect this prepped and clean roof. Thanks to you both. CAF 11/14/25 9:30am Today, thank heavens the temperatures are back in the 70’s! Joshua returned today to finish our final application for our roof repair & regeneration. I was home alone and when he came to the front door there was no answer. He texted me to let me know that he was here, I informed him I was in the back yard working on a project. He met me in the back and as he was setting up the ladder he saw that I was hanging a garden mirror and even offered his impact drill to help with this job. I had all the tools I needed but I was so apprehensive of his SINCERE offer to help. This was proof for me of his true service, observation and professionalism. If he is this careful with customer service the the roofing job will be completed with the utmost efficiency of care. This entire journey has been 5STAR! Thank you TEAM & especially JOSHUA for your work and service! CAF

The guys who soft washed my roof today did an excellent job. They were very consistent and thorough from start to finish Braedon in particular spent hours making sure every bit of mildew was completely removed from my roof. They did not rush the job at all on top of that and Christian made sure to clean the siding and wash off my driveway before they left. I really appreciate how conscientious and detail oriented they were. I am very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend them.
