ARCO Review Findings
Falcone Roofing & Construction is described as professional, responsive, and knowledgeable, with customers praising the quality of the work and clear guidance through insurance claims and roof replacements. Reviews also highlight fast, well-organized installations, respectful crews, and thorough cleanup with no debris left behind.
Super clean and professional! Daniel expertly guided me through the insurance process for my storm damaged roof replacement. Going through insurance can be a hassle, but he knew the process and was able to answer my questions throughout. Thank you! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
I’m based out in California and own a rental property in Katy, Texas. After a hail storm, the roof took some damage and I honestly thought managing the insurance side from out of state was going to be a headache. That’s where Daniel and Falcone Roofing & Construction stepped in. Daniel handled the entire insurance claim with Allstate from start to finish. I didn’t have to travel or deal with any of the back and forth. He coordinated directly with my tenants and worked around their schedule, which made things easy for everyone involved. Allstate actually denied the claim at first, but Daniel stayed on it, pushed back with the right documentation, and ultimately got the claim approved. We ended up with a full roof replacement along with some upgrades, which I didn’t expect after the initial denial. The install itself was fast and professional. The crew had the roof replaced in less than a day, and everything was handled cleanly. If you own property in the Houston area and need someone who understands both roofing and the insurance process, I’d highly recommend Daniel. Especially if you’re managing things remotely like I am.
Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and very straightforward before we replace the roof. After that, it was a very smooth and easy process getting it replaced. Definitely recommend him!
I had a great experience with Falcone Roofing and Construction. They were responsive, honest about pricing, and completed the job quicker than expected without cutting corners. The crew was respectful and made sure I understood everything that was being done. It’s hard to find companies that combine quality work with good customer service like this. I’ll be using them again if I ever need roofing or construction work.
Daniel Falcone and his complete crew made our roof replacement seamless from start to finish. Daniel handled all the documentation required for the insurance company for us. His crew was impeccable from start to finish, including prep to protect our property to stripping and putting the new roof on and cleanup, as if they had never been here. I would highly recommend Falcone Roofing and Construction for anyone needing a new roof.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
