HHH Roofing & Construction - Roofing Contractor in Spring, TX

I highly recommend HHH roofing. Cindy and Eric were great at communication, quotes were quick, detailed and very competitive, the material options were great and they supported right through the process of HOA rejection, appeal and approval. They completed the roof in a day left everything very smart and even sent some cool drone pics of the project as it progressed!

HHH Roofing should change their name to AAA+ Roofing My mom and I had a roof that was over 22 years old and needed to be replaced. We also decided to change the gutters because they were old and falling off the house as well. I called HHH Roofing on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Mrs. Cindy the project manager who was Heaven sent. She told me she could come out Saturday, the next day and take a look at my roof. To my surprise, she even got up on the roof and walked it herself. Neither of the other companies took the time to do that and used drone and satellite view instead. She took pictures and showed me all the damaged areas we had. One of the other companies also told me I had rotten wood on my fascia, and Mrs Cindy got up there on her ladder and wiped it off showing me it was just dirt. When I received the quote, I was shocked. To my surprise, not only was the cost less expensive than the other two quotes we had received from the other roofing companies, their work was excellent and the roof looks amazing. Cindy was always professional throughout the process, courteous, and kept me informed every step of the way. We scheduled the job for Thursday. Their crew showed up at 7am and worked all through the day until dark. They were respectful of our property and made sure to clean up all the debris and material that fell to our ground and the neighbors property as well. The next day, Cindy came out to inspect the roof and made sure everything was in order. She showed me the before and after photos. Typically they have the job done in one day but due to the rain, and getting dark so early, the weather was not on our side. However there were out there on that Monday to install the gutters and finish up the job. I don't always write reviews, but I wish more people would take the time to do so when you have someone like HHH Roofing and Mrs Cindy who goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Thank you HHH Roofing!!!

I had initially had a lot of anxiety about this process because I tried to work with another company and left us in a lurch. Thanks to Google I found HHH Roofing & Cindy, who has been the absolute best Project Manager! She is very knowledgeable, patient, customer oriented and professional. Her communication was excellent. One minute into our consultation and all of my anxiety went away. They use electronic delivery for documents and provide relevant updates along the way. You can tell that this company values accommodating their customers from quality to safety to overall value & more!! I have already referred them to my friend & I would also recommend them again and again. I want to thank Cindy, the install team, the material delivery service & everyone involved in this process. We are beyond satisfied.

A rental I own weathered both Ike and Harvey with no roof damage. But time and rain finally did it in. I had new tenants and I wanted to keep their inconvenience to a minimum. HHH are pros from start to finish. They provided a quote in writing that detailed what was included. They answered my questions quickly via phone and text. The quote was fair and, because they had done my partner’s roof in Spring Trails, I hired them without getting other quotes. HHH handled the HOA paperwork and we scheduled the work once approval was received from the HOA in writing. We had scheduled a Saturday, but it looked like rain was on the way, so we rescheduled for the following Saturday. As they did the work, they texted me aerial photos and status. When they finished, they sent final pictures. The work was completed in one long workday. (About 10-12 hours.) The invoice was prompt and allowed me to pay online through my bank account. (Although you can pay by credit card for a small percentage of the total.) The roof looks terrific. HHH also provided the manufacturer warranty via email. If you need a new roof, make HHH your first call.

I got to know HHH roofing through a youtube video as I was searching for TPO roof repair. Eric and his team are a very professional group and did a great job on our roof. Eric is very service oriented and Jose did a great job inspecting and repairing the the damaged areas. I’m extremely happy with the job done. Also, Cindy was very helpful communicating in making sure everything gets done on time.
