Stephens Roofing & Remodeling - Roofing Contractor in San Antonio, TX

I want to express my extreme satisfaction with Stephens roofing and their associate Zane. I was originally estimated $650, but because of slight overhead cost the bid came back at $750. Zane honored the $650 which was very admirable. Once the job was completed, the company went above and beyond repairing and gluing extra singles that weren’t in the original contract. It’s difficult to find customer service to this degree this day and age.

If you want fast, professional and good work hire Stephen’s roofing. Their team, including Brian, Cash, Gabriela, Ed, Felix etc are A++. Their attention to detail, craftsmanship and seamless transition with my insurance was top notch. Not the cheapest roofing company out there but you get what you pay for. I’m happy I have a solid new and beautiful roof to last through more hail storms and Texas heat.

Stephen’s Roofing is a fantastic and professional company. Couldn’t give them a higher recommendation. Very pleased with the work done on this challenging metal roof replacement. Olivia and Gabriella in the office were always helpful and professional. Diego, who was the lead roof installer, has extreme attention to detail and cut no corners. My initial interaction with Brian gave me the confidence to move forward with Stephen’s and Cash even did some extra paint work at the very end. You can easily tell Stephen’s wants you to be fully satisfied. Look forward to recommending them to friends!

I can't say enough about how professional and hard working the people are who work for this company. They sent someone out originally and gave us an estimate. We got other estimates, but we were so impressed with the knowledge level of the estimator, Matt, that we chose them. We are very glad we did. They came to drop off materials the day before and used a conveyor belt boom to load everything up onto the roof. The next day, they were out early at 7:00 covering up all of the plants in the flower beds with tarps. I had many hundreds of dollars in landscaping plants and they all survived! They finished the roof in a single day with a 4 man team. About halfway through, another person arrived to take notes and make sure nothing was getting damaged. While they were finishing up, an extra person came about 2 hours near the end and started cleanup on the ground. He was very careful to use magnets to pick up nails and he used a leaf blower to clean off all concrete surfaces. They took great care with our property and our roof. It has never looked better and we so appreciate the great job they did. We just want to thank everyone that we worked with. Today the post installation inspector will come to finalize the installation. This company provides nothing but perfection. We are just so grateful for finding such a great company.

Stephens Roofing I’ll start this review about Stephens Roofing by saying this experience with them is the experience other business should model themselves by. My roof incurred damage from several south Texas storms and it needed replacement. Stephens Roofing was recommended by several coworkers. When I researched different roofing companies, they returned with excellent reviews. After contacting Stephens Roofing, Zane arrived to inspect and estimate the replacement of the roof. He was extremely personable, professional and informative. Zane answered all my questions and made me feel more like part of a family and not another paycheck. The interaction with the insurance company was seamless and fluid quickly progressing to the scheduling of the roof replacement. The crews arrived promptly and eager to start. Juan the Job foreman carried on with the feeling of being part of a family. He was informative and supportive with the crews to get the job done. The crew worked hard with a positive energy, helping each other, laughing and smiling, while staying focused and on task. The job was completed quickly and accurately with the crew doing a great job of cleanup. Tommy the Production Supervisor arrived during cleanup and was welcoming and personable. He and I walked through the job for an inspection and made sure the job was to my satisfaction. That following day a heavy storm passed through my area. I got up on the roof just to inspect after the storm. I noticed a couple items that I would like changed to prepare for future storms and contacted Tommy. The next day he arrived to inspect the changes and had a crew out to make the changes to my preference. Tommy and the crew were understanding, supportive and without hesitation completed the changes. Tommy did a great job at making sure my expectations were met and the job was complete. The follow up for billing arrangements from Jessica, Olivia, and Sierra made taking care of the bill comfortable and stress free. My family was hit by some unplanned life emergencies requiring financial obligations. Jessica, Olivia, and Sierra were understanding and unexpectedly helpful with making payment arrangements to fit our needs. Stephens Roofing from the beginning to the end of the project has exceeded expectations and has gone out of their way to make sure our family was taken care of. I don’t say this often about other companies, but Stephens Roofing had a “Family” feel through the process, making our family feel as part of their family. Amazing job Y’all. Thank you so much.
