We contacted Jacob at Norwest and he advised us that he would meet the insurance appraisor and work directly with him to get us taken care of. We got more that just a new roof, we got un upgrade and a 'facelift' on our building. New standing seam roof (more modern and up to date), new gutters to match the roof and a new paint job.
