We met with Ty to review a variety of issues we needed to resolve before we listed our home. It turns out that Ty does a lot more than just roofing. He and his team fixed our floors, refinished our front door (it looked brand new again), an electrical issue and made several minor repairs to our roof. He was professional and extremely helpful in our discussions. He was flexible with his schedule and fair in his pricing. I would not hesitate to work with him again.
We live in the Garden Ridge, TX area and we had a wonderful experience with this company. From the very beginning, they were professional and extremely customer service driven. We had them complete our roof replacement, gutters replacement, backyard decking, concrete work and concrete staining. All the crews were friendly and professional and their leaders, Ty and Larry, were always easy to reach and heavily involved. They guided us through the insurance process and were very open to feedback if we wanted adjustments to any of the completed work. We will definitely use their business again if we ever need work done to our home.
Roofs by Ty replaced my roof. Larry my account manager was fantastic. Throughout the entire process he went above and beyond. The office staff was on point maximizing my insurance claim. The roofers were professional and did a great job cleaning up. Ty's oversight was refreshing to see. They care about the quality of their work. I would highly recommend Roofs by Ty!
We can’t say enough good things about this roofing company! My husband and I went through a long, 7-month process of back and forth with our homeowners insurance to get our roof repairs approved and covered. It was stressful and at times felt like it would never get resolved, but thankfully we had Ty on our side. Ty went above and beyond, taking the time to explain every step and explore all possible avenues to make it happen. He patiently guided us through the insurance process, communicated clearly, and truly fought for us to get the coverage we deserved. Without his dedication and persistence, I don’t think we would have gotten it done. The quality of work was excellent, the professionalism unmatched, and the customer care outstanding from start to finish. I 100% recommend this company to anyone in need of roofing services, especially if you’re navigating insurance claims. They truly care about their customers and go the extra mile to make sure everything gets done right.
Ty and the Team replaced our roof and it looks fantastic! They went above and beyond protecting plants, the yard and the house! They cleaned up and put everything back! And are even going to fix some minor window issues! Excellent quality and completed everything in a little over a day! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!
