Heaven Sent Roofing - Roofing Contractor in San Antonio, TX

This is the 3rd job that Heaven Sent has done for me. 1st my roofing issues, 2nd my attic flooring, & now my fence. Griselda and Jose were the 2 main people I had contact with. Always in communication, always so incredibly kind, always explained what had to be done, always cognizant about the weather, did not leave a shred of trash after work, always on time, great price, & did the work on a weekend. Thank u for your great work & diligence! I am so lucky to have found them.

I have been a fan of heaven sent roofing for years. As a home inspector I always asked roofers certain technical questions relating to code. Heaven sent was one of the first to show they know what they are doing. Recently when I needed a roofer due to animal damage. They were the first I called and they did an excellent job as always.

I was told possible dates for my roof installation would be either 5/13 or 5/28th due to if it rains however I got a text 5/7 letting me know they had availability on 5/8 which I happily took as I knew the rain was going to come and I didn't want to leave my tarp on any day longer. I was told Jose and crew would be here around 930-10 they showed up way early to start the day which I didn't mind!!! I appreciate early and on time and Jose came and kept me in the loop the whole day!!! Griselda in the office made sure my mind was at ease. I would recommend them for roofing. I will be getting an estimate for a corner and my carport and in the future will be using them. Jose repaired a couple of sections of my roof that needed to be repaired. They were very professional and friendly.

We are so happy that we used Heaven Sent Roofing to replace our roof. We received estimates from 4 companies. We chose HSR because Jose explained to us our options, recommendations & material samples to help us make an informed decision. The others just gave us a quote and left without a breakdown. HSR did a great job cleaning up, punctual, responsive to calls, texts, email & finished on time. Griselda also followed up with us to ensure we are satisfied. HSR went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. I will recommend them and use them again.

We had our roofing shingles replaces in Sept 2025 and noticed the pipe that connects to the water tank was loose due to the renewing to the roof made in Sept. Griselda and Mr Jose immediately came over on the same day to correct the matter. ( February 2026) Heaven sent roofing is professional and respectful.
