Fortified Roofing is praised for exceptional workmanship, professionalism, clear communication, and completing jobs promptly, often while accommodating customers’ schedules. Reviewers also highlight the courteous crew, thorough cleanup, and owner Johnny’s assistance with insurance claims, and say they would highly recommend the company.
Fortified Roofing did such a great job, I am very happy I choose them for the job. Owner Johnny was very polite and professional, made sure job was done on time. Highly recommend them.
SHOUT OUT TO FORTIFIED ROOFING!! If you need a company to replace your roof this is the company to use! Owner Johnny Ayala is awesome. He has been with the me throughout the complete replacement of my roof & is still helping with the insurance carrier claims process. He was here when the insurance adjuster came for the initial inspection & discussed everything with this adjuster. Needless to say, the insurance carrier (Kemper Insurance) has not given us any problems. My roof was completed in less than a full day. The crew Mr. Ayala has is extremely polite & courteous. Showed up on time & cleaned up everything. No fooling around & I never saw any slacking. They were there to get a job done & did so in a timely manor. I am extremely pleased with the job & my new roof!!! PS: My neighbors saw how this company worked & are using this company to replace their roof too!!
the work was exceptional and they were right on time. They communicated well and explained what needed to be done/fixed, very satisfied with the repair and would definitely recommend to anyone. Work was finished in a timely manner and even accommodated our schedule. thank you.
Johnny was great. Very professional.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
