ARCO Review Findings
Elite Roofing Solutions is highly regarded for its professional, knowledgeable team that effectively navigates the insurance claims process for homeowners. Customers consistently praise the company for their efficient, one-day installations, thorough cleanup of job sites, and clear communication throughout their projects.
After the July 4th floods I found a large whole in my roof from all the rainfall. I called Elite Roofing Solutions and spoke to Matt who came out the next day. He completed a roof inspection and answered any and the thousand questions I had. As a first time homeowner I needed help understanding all the processes from inspection to insurance to the roof replacement. Matt went out of his way to help me navigate that path. When the roofing team showed up they were on time and got the over 2000 sq ft replaced in one day! They cleaned everything up and made my yard look like they were never there! 10/10 would recommend calling and asking for Matt; him and his team did an excellent job!
We got several estimates to replace our roof. Elite Roofing Solutions had the best estimate and we went with Elite because we liked Scott Simmons who managed our project. He is hands on and very customer focused. He also took care of our leak damaged ceilings so they handled everything we needed in a professional manner. They did a wonderful job cleaning up afterward. The new roof looks awesome and comes with a great warranty. We have had many compliments and recommend Elite for all your roofing needs. Scott will take care of you and he works well with your insurance company. Thank You Elite and Thank you Scott !!!
We had a great experience replacing our roof with ERS. Scott was thorough, explained everything, and let my 5 y/o watch him launch the drone and review the footage. Everything went smooth including the quoting process, material delivery, and especially the installation. The install crew was careful to capture all debris (including all the nails) that came off my roof with tarps and magnet sweeps. All vents were painted the same color as the roof. And, they only used top quality products. I've already told friends of mine about the service we received, and I can't recommend ERS enough for the new roof.
WOW WOW WOW…..all I can say from start to finish is WOW. Elite Roofing Solutions has been awesome to work with from start to finish. I am extremely satisfied with the whole process. My roof looks awesome. My neighbors have even commented how nice my roof looks. I worked with CODY and SCOTT. Both gentlemen were very professional, very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. The whole process was explained to me in detail to where I understood it very easily. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. They are very assessable if you have any questions at any time and respond quickly. I really appreciate how they worked diligently with my insurance company to get the best for me. They offer a great warranty and if you sell your house, everything is transferable. 💃🏾 last but definitely not least the crew that came to my house. They were just phenomenal. They were so organized. I was really impressed. They left my yard spotless when they were done. they even moved all my items back to the original places for me. I feel like they went above and beyond. And most of all my roof looks beautiful. Thank you very much elite roofing solutions

Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
