Roofs by Nicholas - Roofing Contractor in Midland, TX

These guys do a great job! Will Saunders did an excellent job coordinating our job and making sure everything was completed in a timely manner! We had a very large job that required several different crews and a lot of materials, Will stayed in communication with my husband and me to make sure we knew what to expect every step of the way and helped us navigate the insurance company to make sure everything was covered! The crews were professional and respectful while on our property! Thank y’all for a job well done!

Roofs by Nicholas has roofed two houses for me recently. Their sales representative, Will Saunders, was extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable. He met with our adjuster and made sure that they agreed on the damage that was done by the hail and what it would take to repair it. He also did follow up and made sure everything was fixed to our approval. Thanks Roofs by Nicholas for being so trustworthy and taking care of our roofs!

Will S. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional work you and your team performed on my home. The installation of the metal roof has significantly enhanced the aesthetic appeal of my residence. Your prompt and meticulous attention to detail was evident throughout the process. I highly recommend Roofs by Nicholas of Midland to anyone seeking reliable and professional roofing services. Your expertise and dedication have made a lasting impression on me. Thank you once again for your outstanding work. Sincerely,

I recently had my roof replaced by Roofs by Nicholas, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Living in West Texas, I needed a reliable company that could handle storm damage and insurance claims smoothly, and they delivered exactly that. Special shout-out to Johnny — he was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly, walked me through the insurance paperwork, answered all my questions (and there were a lot!), and made sure I understood every step. His professionalism and genuine care made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and stress-free. The crew was efficient, respectful, and did top-quality work. They cleaned up perfectly afterward, and the new roof looks fantastic — durable and built to last through our tough weather. If you’re looking for honest, knowledgeable, and hardworking roofers, I highly recommend Roofs by Nicholas. Thanks again to Johnny and the team — I’ll definitely use them again and tell all my friends and neighbors! 🙏🏼

Service was great! Will took good care of our roof. Exceptional service from his employees as well. They did a final sweep before leaving & made sure they got any nails out before they left. They went above & beyond. I will continue to recommend them & use them when we need them again.
