After the recent storm, I saw so many roofing signs on the streets around my home. It seemed that every time I admired a roof, Chappell’s sign was in the yard. There was a certain crisp look to it that I couldn’t find anywhere else. I decided I needed that for my roof. Kim came out to my home and before I knew it, supplies arrived in my driveway and the following day these guys went to town. They finished it that day and even came out the following day to make sure they didn’t Miss any of the cleaning. I was so impressed with the result, I can’t stop walking outside to look at it. Dont second guess it, they won’t disappoint you. Kim is a pleasure to work with, she keeps you in the loop the whole way and is very knowledgeable.

Chappell Roofing did a fantastic job. They were recommended to us by our friends, and Gary was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. I never had to go through a homeowners insurance claim before much less replace a roof, and Gary made sure all my questions were answered, He made sure I understood the process, and just overall made it significantly easier than it would’ve been had I not had Chappell Roofing. The work quality was fantastic, and their services were provided promptly and efficiently.

Thomas Kiefer was a total delight to work with. He was patient with me while I was trying to make my selection & helped walk me thru every step. His roofers worked all day & completed it that same day. They also left everything very clean with no nails. We were so very pleased with Thomas & his team who were all great guys & would gladly recommend them to everyone!

I love my new Chappell Roof! We were hit by a bad hail storm and had to deal insurance coverage and adjusters that weren’t the best. Jeremy with Chappell Roofing explained in detail everything we needed to do and made the process smooth and easy. His advice helped us get the most possible from our insurance and he even helped with choosing the right shingle for our roof based on the style and color of brick of the house, and that was priceless! I knew our roof was nearing its end, but it wasn’t until the new one was put on that I could really see how much of an impact a new roof has on the look of our house. Our new Chappell Roof is beautiful.
