TopHat Roofing LLC - Roofing Contractor in Katy, TX

Top Hat did a great job dealing with the windy weather and with our HOA and Insurance.

We have used TopHat Roofing twice...if that tells you anything! They repaired our roof after Hurricane Beryl last year. This year, we discovered another issue and some of the facia boards and soffit had dry rotted, so we called them out again! Fabulous finished product. They quote a fair price, and there are no surprises. The final bill is exactly what they quote before they start. They show up when they say they will. The work is done quickly. The crews are polite, respectful and clean up after the job is done! When it's time to completely replace the roof or have any additional work done, we will definitely be calling TopHat again!

Brandon was the best! Timely and handled the administrative process like a champ. Went out of the way to do some extra things for me...man his team was on point! Thanks Top Hat for a job well done!!!! Charles

Tophat completed a full roof replacement several months back. They did an excellent job. Yesterday, I had to have some HVAC work done. I called Brandon late afternoon before the work was to be done. I asked if he could have one of his guys come by the next morning to install some new flashing. His guy showed up on time and allowed me to get the HVAC work completed. Very happy with his work and follow up support.

We met Ty Schlorff after noticing several homes in our neighborhood getting new roofs. At first, I declined multiple times, but after seeing a few neighbors go with the same company, I decided to ask around and eventually connected with Ty. From the start, he explained the entire process thoroughly—inspection, claim filing, reviewing results, and guiding us through every step. He was always easy to reach, quick to communicate, and made the process clear and stress-free. In the end, the numbers worked out for us, and we moved forward with replacing our original 9-year builder-grade roof. We chose TAMKO roofing material in Rustic Black, and the finished product looks fantastic. Ty’s hard work and dedication really stood out—he hustles for his clients and makes sure they’re taken care of. We’re also hopeful for approval on additional upgrades like full gutters, but even just getting the roof replaced has already been a huge improvement and well worth it. Highly recommend working with Ty and his team!
