R&S Roofing worked with my insurance company and did an excellent job repairing my roof after Hurricane Beryl. The workers, workmanship, the time it took to complete my roof and their customer service was the deciding factor in giving this company 5 stars.
R & S Roofing did an exellent job from the estimate state to finish line. Remington is not only a big boss but he also treats his customers like his family. The inital estimate was afforfable, come up with good price and high quality. His estimate was $5K lower than the other one, same roofing lifetime. He proactively suggested what would be best for customers. He doesn’t mind to observe the intalllation and inspected after the completion to make sure everything is under control. He is the only one who you can count on for roof service.
I am really satisfied and thankful for Remington and his company for all the work they did on our roof. Very professional and can work with you through your insurance to provide all steps necessary. Our house turned out great and I truly recommend R S Roofing for all your roofing needs. I recommend you reach out for any questions that you have trust me you wont be disappointed
They were referred to me by My Neighbor after I had my second roof damaged from what was seemingly minor hail. Two roofs in two years was a little bit more than I could deal with. The contractor grade shingles that were on my house were garbage. The project manager And the sales manager put together an upgrade for me that was able to be affordable and yet about five times more robust than The paper thin shingles that were on my house. Now I have soffit vents, I have gable vents and I have class three shingles. This winter was relatively mild coming on, but we are just coming into the worst part so we will see how the roof performs this year. I did have to hire a company to come and remove my solar panels and reinstall them to preserve my solar warranty and that cost an extra $6000, but I couldn’t put that monkey on this company’s back. They did a phenomenal job, and they did it in 1-1/2 days from start to finish.
Incredible experience! I had been turned down by my insurance to cover new roof. R&S guided me through the process to appeal and request new assessment. At the end, I won and my roof was replaced and covered … including solar panel removal and re-placement. Joseph managed a great crew. Also, ROOF WAS REPLACED IN ONE DAY!!!
