⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review for SPYDER Roofing – Exceeded Every Expectation! Location:Arlington, Texas Date of Hail Damage: June 1, 2025 Roofing Company:SPYDER Roofing (Garland, TX) Sales Rep: Gustavo From the very first interaction with Gustavo at SPYDER Roofing, I knew I was dealing with a company that operates with integrity, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. As a perfectionist, I am extremely particular about who I trust with my home, and Gustavo and his team not only met but far exceeded my expectations in every way possible. No High-Pressure Sales Tactics – Just Honest, Thorough Service Gustavo was a breath of fresh air compared to other roofing sales reps. He never once used high-pressure tactics or tried to upsell me on unnecessary services. Instead, he took the time to thoroughly inspect my roof, explained the hail damage in detail, and provided a transparent, fair estimate. His honesty and patience made me feel confident in choosing SPYDER Roofing from the start. Going Above & Beyond – No Extra Charge for Necessary Repairs What truly set SPYDER Roofing apart was their commitment to doing the job right, not just fast or cheap. During the roof replacement, they discovered rotten decking boards and a problematic area behind the chimney where water had been collecting due to poor design. Instead of cutting corners or charging me extra, they replaced the damaged wood and even built a small A-frame platform behind the chimney to prevent future water pooling—at no additional cost! Gustavo told me, "This is the right way to do it, and we stand by our work." That level of integrity is rare. Flawless, Detail-Oriented Installation & Cleanup The crew arrived at 6 AM sharp, with 10-12 highly skilled workers who immediately got to work with impressive efficiency. They were polite, professional, and meticulous—not a single detail was overlooked. Zero Left Behind: I was amazed at how thoroughly they cleaned up. Not one nail, shingle granule, or piece of felt paper was left in my yard. They even used magnetic sweepers to ensure no metal debris remained. Respectful & Hardworking: The crew worked tirelessly without cutting corners, ensuring every shingle was perfectly aligned and sealed. -Communication: Gustavo kept me informed at every stage, so I never had to wonder about progress. SPYDER Roofing is THE Best in DFW! If you’re looking for a roofing company that values honesty, quality, and customer care over quick profits, SPYDER Roofing is the only choice. Gustavo’s professionalism and the crew’s dedication to perfection have earned my highest recommendation. Thank you, SPYDER Roofing, for restoring my faith in contractors! You didn’t just replace my roof—you improved it. I will refer everyone I know to you. A Beyond-Satisfied Perfectionist Arlington, TX

Gustavo with Spyder Roofing was fantastic to work with. From start to finish, he stayed on top of every detail. His crew arrived on time and did an outstanding job on our home—the roof looks incredible, the gutters are flawless, and the fence turned out great as well. I highly recommend this company.

Phenomenal Job. The team was professional and hardworking. All our questions were answered in the initial consultation, leaving us well informed and prepared for the day of the installation. The roof looks fantastic, and we are very satisfied with the quality. We were updated along the way with photos. I highly recommend!

The team was extremely organized and professional. Tori reached out the day before to walk me through the schedule, letting me know which crew members would handle the installation and giving me an idea of the completion timeframe. Everything went exactly as explained, and the project was finished seamlessly. Truly an amazing job by a great company!
