Bootstrap Roofing, LLC - Roofing Contractor in Garland, TX

I completely recommend April and Bootstrap Roofing. I was kept informed of everything in the process as it was happening (and as explanations were needed, they were provided in language I could easily understand). the crew who came to replace my roof were polite, hard-working, and respectful of my property. April even was willing to contest the amount of the settlement with my insurance company, resulting in FOUR extra checks for work not covered under the initial settlement amount. A+ April!

Our experience was very good!!! They were on time and explained what needed to be done and kept us informed of their progress. We were shown before and after pictures with explanations of what was done. I highly recommend them and will call them again in the future if we need work done.

My experience with Bootstrap Roofing was exceptional! The owner, [redacted] is extremely attentive throughout the process. She explains clearly the options, benefits, and processes for the new roof. Once the work has begun, she is frequently present to oversee the installation. He crew is professional and when they are done the worksite is completely cleaned up so that the only thing left is a beautiful roof! I highly recommend Bootstrap Roofing!

Bootstrap Roofing has been wonderful. From working with our insurance, to the beginning consultations to choose which grade of shingles, to helping decide on the color, to explaining which repairs were (and were not) needed, thru the installation and clean up, to final paperwork showing the warranty they were always on top of it, always being available whenever needed and also very attentive to all of the details a homeowner might never consider on their own. Bootstrap Roofing even worked with us to ensure that we repaced the gutters. They recommended a company that was also efficient and reasonably priced, It has been real pleasure working with Bootstrap Roofing and I would recommend them to everyone considering any kind of roof work.

Bootstrap Roofing was fantastic. Our house was built with an opening in the porch roof, and the exposure caused the beam and pillar to rot. We contacted Bootstrap, and [redacted] responded promptly. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She gave us a transparent cost estimate and a realistic timeline. She presented us with options for materials, and their team came out quickly to fix the roof. They nicely finished the porch ceiling, stained all the wood, and [redacted] herself came back to ensure all the work was of the highest quality. It has been about a year and a half since they did the work, and their job still looks great and seamless! I like to stand on the patio during rain storms now and every time I think about how [redacted] and her team fixed that awful hole in the roof. We give them a 10/10, 5-star, glowing recommendation!
