ARCO Review Findings
Reviews consistently describe Rowe’s Roofing as professional, responsive, reliable, and affordable, with high-quality workmanship across roofing, construction, fencing, patios, and carports. Customers also praise the company’s communication, flexibility, insurance and HOA assistance, punctuality, and thorough cleanup.
We are extremely satisfied with the carport we just had built by Rowes Roofing! From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional. Everyone we worked with was professional, courteous, and truly cared about making sure we were happy with the finished product. The carport looks absolutely amazing and honestly looks like it was always a part of our home. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really exceeded our expectations. They also did a great job cleaning everything up once the project was completed, which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend Rowes Roofing to our family, friends, and anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service. We couldn’t be happier with our new carport and our experience with Rowes Roofing!
I’ve worked with Rowe’s Roofing on a couple of major projects, including a full roof replacement after severe hail damage and the installation of an outdoor patio. They delivered outstanding results on both. The team was punctual, professional, and produced top-notch workmanship throughout. They were also very approachable, willing to make changes when needed, and attentive to my specific preferences. Their quality of work and customer service really stand out—I’d definitely recommend them.
Steve Rowe has been doing my roofs, both commercial and residential for decades now. I own a large portfolio of apartment complexes, single family homes, and office buildings and he has done some of all of those types of roofs from composite shingles to flat roofs. Hs company is affordable, on time, and cleans up after themselves. On top of it all Steve is a good guy.
I appreciate always getting a quick response & that Rowe’s Roofing not only installs new roofs but is happy to perform repairs on existing roofs. Plus they have many other construction talents I need as a real estate broker & old house rehabber.
I have used Rowe’s roofing now for a couple of major items. I had significant hail damage and needed my roof replaced. Additionally I had an outdoor patio installed. Rowe’s roofing did excellent on both jobs. They were prompt, professional and did high quality work. They were also easy to work with, open to making adjustments and accommodated specific requests. High quality work and great service, I would highly recommend them.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
