The installers did a good job. We had an issue where the color of the gutters were not what we expected based on the small color swatches we selected from, and more 50% were already installed. They were able to afford us good service by removing them and replacing with the color we actually wanted. Overall, we are happy and even recommended them to our neighbors.
For 2 years, Dante and Andrew of Whitaker Roofing Co Middle Tennessee stood by me while I struggled with State Farm to fulfill my policy’s “full replacement” specification. They documented the storm damage, met with the State Farm inspector explaining why State Farm’s required “repair” would fail, made the repair to State Farm specifications, and documented the failure over time. They consulted with my attorneys and adjustors, and encouraged me throughout. All of this for 2 years without charging me any money! When State Farm finally paid, Andrew and Dante met with me and helped me select the roof qualities that best fit my house. They explained the process and details. Whitaker did the job, and I had an upgraded and beautiful new roof in 1 day! The roofing crew was the best…professional, polite, efficient, and with great craftsmanship. They protected my deck and shrubs around the house, and left the yard completely clean. Dante came by to check on the progress during the day, and both Andrew and Dante inspected the roof days later. I can report that since having my new roof, my monthly electric bill has consistently been more than $100 less compared to previous years! I highly recommend Andrew, Dante, and Whitaker Roofing, and will return to them for any future roofing needs. P.S. State Farm cancelled my policy when I wouldn’t replace the roof at my expense. Farmers insurance now is my home insurer and has been great.

Whitaker Roofing did an excellent job in installing our new roof. The project lead Weston Davis did a great and professional job in explaining the details on the repairs required and in planning and coordinating the work to be done. Work started on time and was completed per schedule. Work crew was detail oriented and did a great job. Mr. Weston is a pleasant, dependable and professional individual who takes care to understand his client's needs. Would definitely recommend Whitaker Roofing and Mr. Davis. Thanks.
