ARCO Review Findings
Shinglesmiths Roofing Co. is highly regarded for its professional, responsive team that makes the roofing process seamless by effectively managing insurance details and providing clear communication. Customers consistently praise the crew's punctuality, high-quality workmanship, and commitment to leaving the job site clean and well-maintained.
Zach and Blake were super honest and helpful when looking at about roof. They were very nice also.
Blake, Jason and Zac could not have been nicer. They were personable, honest in that they said I didn’t need a new roof!! They coul easily have said I did. I’m a 85 year old woman and they could have told me otherwise and I would have no way of knowing.
Josef, Blake and John were in my neighborhood today checking a client's roof. Luckily, I was home and they volunteered to check my five year old roof for hale damage...for free! Afterwards, I was relieved to find out that everything looked great. Thanks so much. You guys were awesome. It was such a pleasure to meet you.
The ShingleSmith team was absolutely outstanding to work with for our roof replacement. From the initial inspection to the final walkthrough, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly detail-oriented. The entire process was truly turnkey—even with our insurance company involved. They guided us through every step of the insurance claim process, answered all of our questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience completely seamless. Their communication was excellent, and we always knew what to expect. The roof installation itself was top-notch. The crew took pride in their workmanship, paid close attention to every detail, and walked us through every decision—from shingle color and design options to the finishing cosmetic touches. We always felt informed, respected, and confident that we were getting a high-quality roof that will last for years. If you’re looking for an honest, professional roofing company for a roof replacement, storm damage repair, or help with an insurance claim, I can’t recommend ShingleSmith highly enough. Their customer service, craftsmanship, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Thank you Brandon, Zach, Joshua and the whole team. Five stars all the way!.
Have worked with Josh on a few projects this year - he is always very responsive and knowledgeable. Clearly puts forth the effort to provide a high level of support. Highly recommend working with him. Jose and crew installed today, and Jose provided some helpful info to me about the fascia while on site that was extremely useful to know as a homeowner. Really appreciate both of them and Shinglesmiths for the quality experience.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
