ARCO Review Findings
Reviews describe the business as timely, thorough, professional, and easy to work with, with staff who clearly explain their findings and work. Customers also praise the quality of repairs, cleanup, responsiveness, and honest recommendations without unnecessary upselling.
SR&R replaced our roof summer of 2019. A few weeks ago, from this review date, we had a gust of wind from a storm front that took 5 shingles off our ridgeline vent area at the very top of essentially a 3-story home from ground level. Edwin and his co-worker (sorry forgot name; really nice though) came out for initial assessment advising they escalate and get someone out with a drone to make sure further damage didn't occur. Mike came out and looked at it with his drone and determined it was just the shingles that came off and no further damage. And though we were out of warranty, Mike replaced it without cost. I cannot tell you how thankful I am for Mike and the team in not only coming out to inspect but replace the shingles simply to take care of our home and need. It goes without saying that Southern Roofing & Renovations is an absolutely stand-up company with a phenomenal team of employees engaged and empowered to make the right decisions. As long as SR&R is around, they will continue to be referred by me to everyone I know. Sorry I don't have photos of the repair...I'm not getting up there! 🙂
Great experience working with Mike for replacing our roof and got it complete in one day! Recommend
I’m so thankful I found these amazing people! Not only are they family oriented, they are caring and absolutely professional !! Jarod and Abby were such a breath of fresh air, they were knowledgeable and absolutely a hoot :) Thank you guys for doing such an awesome job, definitely recommend the Gills ❤️
This company saved the day for me! And possibly a lot of money. Justin showed me places on my roof that I had no idea were damaged by a storm. He helped me with my insurance and all the scary stuff that was honestly giving me a panic attack. I didn't know my rates won't go up because TN considers this an act of God. Super glad Angel stopped by to check on me after the storm. Will recommend this company to anyone that I know that needs a roof, gutters or siding.
I’m not sure why, but I was very nervous about getting my roof job done. Southern Roofing made this process easy for me and I love my new roof!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
