When I first bought my house, I was told the roof was just replaced. Unfortunately, there was a leak, and I had another company come out and supposedly replace the roof. The roof lasted about a year, and then I noticed leaking again in the same area. I didn’t have a warranty, so I reached out to family members for another company, and my uncle recommended Barry and Malcolm Bros. They were extremely responsive from the get go. They came out and explained with photos why the previous roof wasn’t placed right, etc. They provided me several different options with different quotes, and ultimately they came out and fixed the roof. There was a minor issue at first, but they immediately came out and remedied that, and I have no had any issues since, and it’s been over a year now. Super appreciative for their attention to detail, responsiveness, and fair pricing!

Why Hire an ARCO-Accredited Roofer
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Homeowner Benefits
-
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
-
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
-
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
-
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
