Spennato Family Roofing - Roofing Contractor in Philadelphia, PA

Roof leaks don’t wait for the holidays—and thankfully, neither does Spennato Family Roofing. When we discovered a leak the week of Christmas, we called Neal not knowing what to expect. To our surprise, he stepped up in a huge way and replaced our entire roof on Christmas Eve. The workmanship was outstanding, and the pricing was more than fair. My father-in-law, who was a roofer for most of his life, was not only impressed by the quality of the finished work but also by the value—which says a lot. Neal and Spennato Family Roofing have earned our trust and will absolutely be our go-to for all future roofing needs. If you want someone reliable, skilled, and willing to show up when it matters most, this is the company to call.

Spennato is absolutely amazing!! No BS no beating around the bush just 100% pure honesty. This family keeps you informed in all aspects and did an amazing job on my roof!!!!!

What ab amazing experience. Referred to me by another treasured acquaintance, Neal and his team were quick to quote and but for the rainy weather we were having, jumped right in and he and the team completed the project in fine form, going just a tad over estimate as there was a great deal they had to repair and a few things for doing a great project! For sure will reach out for further projects. Thank you

Neal and team are a very kind, thorough and extremely hardworking crew that does great roofing work and I highly recommend them. My roof repair was particularly complicated because my home is 200 years old and I learned after a major leak that I not only had to replace the roof but reframe several rooms underneath it and reroute some piping. All this took months to sort out and Neal corresponded with me patiently and helpfully over that entire journey! My roof also ended up also being 7 layers to..excavate..and the crew worked tirelessly over two days to rip and replace it. They also made my skylight dreams come true. It’s been over a month of almost non stop rain and the roof has drained perfectly (and no leaks!!). I’m really grateful for Neal, his dad and crew for the work they did to help restore my home!

We got estimates from several different companies. We ultimately decided to go with Spennato because their price was right in the middle of all the estimates we received and the response time was great. They provide photos with the estimate. Neil Jr. answered all my questions in a timely manner and was patient and pleasant to work it. They were able to get my roof done with in a week of me accepting their quote. I got a new re-roof of a flat roof, eaves drain box, new skylight and aluminum capping. Their price was reasonable and work was done in just a few hours. The work was done by a crew of 2 with Neil Sr. here as well. They provided after photos prior to receiving payment which really puts your mind at ease being able to see the work you’re paying for. I would recommend Spennato Family Roofing!
