Todd is always very professional, punctual, and honest with my clients. I am a Realtor. He gives very clear estimates and there are never hidden charges or surprises for his customers. I use Todd on any deal that has a questionable roof, whether I represent the buyer or seller because I feel that both parties are going to be taken care of. Thank you Todd! See ya on the next one!

I was trying to figure out where the roof leak in the sunroom was coming from. I got several opinions based on where it may have been coming from. There was a wide range of proposed repairs and prices. Todd cared enough to actually do the water hose test and find the leak. It turned out there was a corner of the siding that needed some extra flashing. I really appreciate his honesty and work ethic. Thank you Todd.

We could not be more pleased with our experience with Todd and his crew at PSB Roofing. Their ability to find tricky leaks is nothing short of amazing. Such a relief to know our leak has been found and fixed and no more water inside. It is reassuring to work with someone with the integrity and professionalism Todd and his crew have demonstrated in our dealings with them. We highly recommend Todd and PSB Roofing.

We highly recommend PSB roofing! Todd(owner) and his employees are first and foremost trustworthy. Followed by knowledgeable, timely, and committed to quality work. We had lightening hit our roof and even with a full schedule, they made it over to tarp our roof before the thunderstorms came that night! The roof inspection and repairs went seamlessly! Pick PSB roofing..you won’t be sorry!!!

Why Hire an ARCO-Accredited Roofer
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Homeowner Benefits
-
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
-
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
-
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
-
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
