ARCO Review Findings
Reviews describe Solid Roofing as professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and responsive, with crews completing quality roofing and gutter work on time and cleaning up well. Customers also appreciate the company’s honest recommendations, reasonable pricing for unexpected repairs, and attentive follow-up after projects.
I requested a quote for a small gutter repair. The gentleman came on time and was very understanding of what I needed done and called me the next day with information I needed to get my specific type of gutters repaired.
Joey and his team were helpful from step one. There were several questions that came up that they were knowledgeable in helping us navigate. Joey did an incredible job talking through our options and helping us choose what was best for our home and family. All of the staff at Solid Roofing were kind and professional and the job they did was exceptional. The job was scheduled and finished in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.
“Very pleased with this company! Jon Sharpton came out to inspect a leak, quickly found the source, and fixed the hole within an hour. Great service, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend!”
This is a top shelf company from top to bottom! From the Owner Joey, his Son Gabe and the Project Scheduler/Manager Amanda and needless to say the entire roofing crew. They were up there tearing off the old roof and throwing shingles in 107 degrees! 🔥🥵. The new roof turned out fantastic! Very friendly, professional and conscientious. You could just tell they were interested in doing a great job and ensuring we were happy with their product. Also very communicative and always available to answer any questions or concerns. The best part? They installed an upgraded class 4 shingle for 5K less than my next lowest bid (who was going to use a class 3 shingle) Extremely well done to all and TYVM!! Do yourself a favor and start here first!
We got several estimates to replace our roof. solid roof was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive, however they were upfront about what really needed to be done and when the job started, the crew came on time and did a great job and cleanup was very good. We are very happy with the job they did. James, our salesman came back after the job was done to make sure we are satisfied with the work.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
