My experience with Erie Home was exceptional. Promises made,Promises kept. The Crew arrived as stated, and immediately went to work. Every member of the crew knew what to do . Tools laid out, ground protection laid out. Safety lines and equipment ready to go. We have a slate roof,117 years old. these guys flew into it . Then new decking installed, then new shingles.After Roof was completed, the Clean up was excellent!!! they made several passes around the house to be sure that no nails or roofing debris remained. During the Job, any questions we had were answered, leaving no doubt. The job was completed in eleven hours, from start to finish. In my opinion Erie Home deserves a ten star rating. From sales to actual start and finish,Erie Home was Professional!!! I highly recommend Erie Home to anyone who needs a roof replacement!!!

As a Retired Navy Engineer of 23 years in multiple trades and experience in the military, the professionalism that your staff and work crew exhibited to accomplish this job was top notch! I had ordered a barrel vaulted metal roof of a reddish tone and of a Spanish style. That has been one of our favorite themes in homes for many years with our family. Erie Roofing was Absolutely very thorough with their presentation, ordering, set up and staging of materials, process of work, cleanup and final walk through. Even after a major snow storm and bitter cold weather blanketed our area of Cincinnati, that didn’t slow them down in the execution of this job. Which has increased my homes durability to the elements substantially. Along with that is having the peace of mind that the chances of a fire goes way down with this type of roof, which my family went through in 2023. As for my recommendation for Erie Roofing as a roofing contractor, I would recommend you to experience the attention to detail and the quality of workmanship that’s outstanding! Perfect experience with Erie Home. Needed a new roof for our home and the the two gentlemen who came for estimate were professional and friendly. They took careful measurements, checked inside attic also. The job was scheduled within a couple weeks for estimate and work was completed in less than two days. The crew did a great job and did a thorough cleanup after - even with snow on the ground! The roof looks amazing and seems a high quality. The warranty they gave us gives a piece of mind for decades for us. I’d definitely recommend Erie Home for anyone’s future plans.

Erie crew showed up just as planned and got right to work. Everyone was friendly and communications was great with the job Forman. The salesman was very helpful in inspecting my old roof for problems and how the new roofing materials would be applied. When the job was finished cleanup was so good couldn’t tell anything happend except for a great looking roof! Overall great job and highly recommend !

The installers were there when promised and did a super job! There were about 6 guys working and it was completed in 8-9 hrs. My only concern was the price. I found out a few days later another company said they do the same thing Erie did for almost $20,000 cheaper. I was so flustered when I was told and shown all of my problems, I didn’t think to get a second opinion and I KNOW you should have more than one estimate. But for the job itself, they did a fantastic job.
