ARCO Review Findings
Double T Roofing is consistently praised for its professional, high-quality workmanship across a variety of roofing, siding, and home repair projects. Customers frequently highlight Richard and his crew for being communicative, punctual, and helpful, noting that the team is efficient, cleans up thoroughly after jobs, and offers fair, honest service.
At Central Chapel AME Church, 411 South High Street in Yellow Springs, we contacted Double T to look at a small leak in an office. In looking at the leak Richard Taylor, noticed hail damage on the roof, took digital photos and suggested we submit a claim to our insurance company. We did and the insurance company confirmed the hail damage, identified the date when it happened from their records, and issued a decision for a total roof replacement and repair of the minor water damage in the office space. Double t did an excellent job in replacing the roof and taking care of the interior repairs. The roof installed has a longer life guarantee than required by the insurance company. I give them a very strong recommendation.
Richard and team were highly communicative about our options and throughout the installation process. They installed siding, gutters and post wraps. The team craftsmanship is superb and they were extremely respectful of our property with clean up and our access to the house while they worked. Highly recommend!
Our house had wind damage which required an insurance claim. Double T Roofing met with the adjuster and us, provided an estimate, and completed the work quickly and professionally. We highly recommend them!
Richard and all the people he hired were prompt and professional and stood behind their work. He coordinated replacing our large front porch and steps, redid steps in our basement, put on a new roof and gutters, leveled and paved a path and completed fencing a patio and put in our fish pond. He also installed a sun tunnel in our bathroom. He quickly arranged to have a tree that had toppled onto the side of a neighbor's home removed quickly and without damage. Many thanks.
Highly recommend Double T roofing, His crew was professional, hard working. Great job with cleanup after completion. Richard is a great person. Could call him anytime with a question and he always was quick to respond to a text message. 5 🌟's
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
