You know you picked the right guy when the people at the material store give you his name, flowed up with make sure you ask for Chip (the dog). I had my siding, gutters, and roof replaced. I have a two-story house with a garage done in 3 days. It took my wife longer to decide on what color she wanted than it to Chuck and his crew to finish my home. I always recommend doing your own research but take the time to give him a call 100% honest business man. In a world where people are far too happy with over charging. I am in love with my house! Before Dayton Roof and Remodeling, my house was probably the ugliest house on my side of the street, but now, wow, it is amazing! Ok, we are so pleased to have contacted Chuck at Dayton Roof and Remodeling! It started with us putting our house up for sale and we needed a minor repair to the bottom corners of our siding as they were cracked and broken from trimming around them while cutting the grass. We had the replacement pieces and just needed someone to put them on for us. They not only did the job but they did it in a way that saved us a whole lot more added expense than other companies wanted to charge us. The job was done quick and on time and for an extremely fair price. Now after we had that work done, we needed Chuck to come to the rescue again when it came to selling the home. The home inspection showed a need for a repair that we can just call 'iffy". We were unsure how to resolve the issue with the buyer as it was just an issue with the way the house was constructed. Chuck sent out his guy to take a look at what we could do to fix the issue. He took the time to explain everything to us and found a fix that made sense without having to completely reconstruct the front of the house. He sent us a fair priced estimate that now we can send onto the buyer for negotiation and approval! I would highly recommend Dayton Roof and Remodeling for any exterior work you might need. I called Dayton Roof and Remodeling because I wanted my roof inspected. CJ came out and told me that my roof looked ok. I told him about my soffit and my fascia around the garage area because of soft spongy feel. We discussed everything he found. He told me that he would send me a proposal within a few hours or so. I had a discussion with my son about the job. I called the company a second time to have CJ to come out again. He came out a day or so later. I clarified what I needed repaired. He agreed and sent out a second proposal. Overall, I thought the charge was reasonable. I later received a call from Chuck informing me when someone would come out to make the repairs. The worker was timely, efficient and he cleaned up all debris from the job. I am very pleased with the neat work conducted. The worker performed his job as if he were working on his own home.
