ARCO Review Findings
Copeland is praised for professional, hard-working crews, quality roofing and siding work, clear communication, and timely completion. Reviews also frequently mention thorough cleanup, including checking for nails, and follow-up from supervisors.
Copeland just resided our home and we would like to say how pleased we are with them. From start to finish, they have been very professional. The crew they had working on our home were very hard working, on time, friendly and really just an absolute pleasure to have do the work. We highly recommend this company!
A very straightforward roofing company. Very professional and driven team at Copeland.
Copeland roofing replaced our hail damaged and did an excellent job. Crew of 8 showed up at 8am and had the old roof turn off and new on installed by 4pm. Good communication during the day with the crew. Yard cleaned up perfectly. Supervisor came out the following morning to pick up leftover materials and rechecked the yard for nails with his magnetic picker upper. Good job guys. New gutters coming in a week or so.
Knowledgeable, concise answers to questions in layman's terms. Call ahead notice anytime they needed to be on our property. The entire roof tear off, skylight replacements and new roof was all done in one day! Two crews were available the day of my roof installation. All in all, both fast professional crews with excellent cleanup at the end of the day. I found one or two small pieces of paper near the tree lines. I have not seen any nails in the yard. They moved or covered up any outdoor furnishings or valuables before starting. Good pricing, fast courteous service and professional installation. Would use them again.
From start to finish the Copeland crew did an excellent job. They were very professional and were hard workers. They cleaned up after their work, and the foreman came back to make sure that we were satisfied. We could not be happier with our new roof!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
