Kevins team did a great job on our gutters, which were falling apart. Now they look and work like new and the price was very competitive. Really been nice with all the rain we’ve had lately. One less thing to worry about.

It started with a knock on the door, and ended with wonderful service and a shake of the hand. My husband and I had been attempting to get a roofing company to come out and look at our roof. We had been talking about finding a different company that would come out, when I heard a tentative knocking on the door. When I answered, it was a gentleman representing OGS, who asked if they could inspect our roof, "For Free!" Me being slightly desperate at this point said, "Yes." And it was a good yes. Jacob came and looked our roof over, and started to explain the entire process. He didn't leave anything out. If we had a question, he had an answer. He looked over everything, explained the process on how to file an insurance claim, and was present when the adjuster was out to talk to her. The night before the roofers arrived, the co-owner of the company came out with other management staff, and did another look at the roof. They talked further with us about what we wanted (on top of what Jacob had asked us), and if we had any ideas in our head. It was so nice! We told them that if it was possible to get rid of the stove pipe we would be grateful, and they made that one of their main missions! (They were able to do so-the next day of course) EXAMPLE: One of the items that needed replacing was also our skylight that had been damaged by hail. When they were doing the walk around they realized that the window they had ordered didn't have a crank in it, while ours did. They acknowledged that it was a crank and asked we wanted the new one to be a crank as well. When I nodded in affirmation, they said they would start looking. Later the next morning, while the roofers were getting started, I got a call, saying that they had found one! When they installed it later that day, they did some damage to the drywall. Two days later they sent out another gentleman who fixed the drywall, who gave some great tips when asked. When the day came for the roof to be replaced, it was the first HOT day of the year. To make it worse, it had rained the night before. So not only was it hot, it was also muggy, and the power had been out in our area for last twelve hours. The men who were going to start at seven that morning, were on the roof at six! So do be aware of that! When asked (repeatedly) if they were alright with the heat, we were shown coolers full of drinks, and other ways that they were keeping cool. The management was dropping by throughout the day to check on us, and to make sure that what we wanted was being done. They removed the stove pipe, and an old light over the garage that was bolted through the roof, making the house look updated. That light hadn't worked since we bought the house twenty years ago. We were also informed that the men smelled racoon coming from the garage side of our roof. Which eventually lead to a trapper, and a whole other side quest. The roofers were here from 6am until 8pm. They cleaned up, and used a magnet to sweep the dog run and other areas. They took extra care in the dog run area. We did find nails on the deck and on the railings, but trust me, there were a lot of nails being tossed off the roof. So long as none show up in the back yard/dog run, or in the front yard to puncture the lawn mower's tires, I am content. Two weeks later we had a different crew out. They arrived to install new gutters for us. Those gentlemen were FAST! They gave us a half hour call that they were en-route, and when they arrived they knocked on the door. Then they were off! The new gutters are so bright and new, that they are almost blinding! I didn't realize how bad our old gutters were, until the first rainfall with the new ones! We are very satisfied with the work that was done on our roof and on our gutters. The consistent input of information made for an exceptional experience that helped to give us confidence that we had chosen the right company. I would highly recommend this company!

My insurance was dropping my homeowner’s coverage, and no new company would take me on as a client until I got a new roof. He told me I had a strong case for an insurance claim. Kramer went back and forth with my insurance company until they finally approved a full roof replacement. In the end, all I had to pay was my deductible, and now I’ve got a brand-new roof that looks amazing. Dave came out for a minor repair on our roof after a leak. Very knowledgeable! highly recommend for any repairs or roofing. He did our son’s roof and it turned out great!
