Kerns Roofing and Restoration - Roofing Contractor in Cleveland, OH

Kerns Roofing & Restoration went above and beyond for our family after storm damage to our roof and siding. What was a stressful situation eventually turned into a smooth process thanks to their dedication and expertise. They worked with our insurance company for two years, never giving up and always advocating for us. Jordan Willson, in particular, was incredible. He truly went above and beyond and felt like part of our family throughout the entire process. His communication, patience, and commitment meant everything to us. The final results are excellent, and we couldn’t be more grateful. If you’re looking for a company that stands by you, fights for you, and delivers quality work, we highly recommend Kerns Roofing & Restoration.

Kerns roofing did my entire house. Roof. Siding. Gutters. Guards and interior. They worked with me step by step with the insurance claim process. 1 day roof build. Then clean up. Next came gutters. Then 3 days of siding.

I cannot say enough good things about Kerns Roofing and Restoration. I have tried for many years to get insurance to cover my damaged roof and would always get turned down. Contractor Bryan Cooper is extremely knowledgeable, very personable and professional. He worked endless hours to get my insurance company to approve a completely new roof. The crew was very meticulous and professional. My roof was done in one day and it turned out beautiful. I still have neighbors stopping to tell me how great it looks. Thank you Kerns!!

Kerns was recommended to us by our gutter cleaner. And I am so happy he did! Our roof was 30 years old and we sorely needed a new one. Travis (business manager I believe) was excellent at keeping us informed throughout the project. The roofers were some of the hardest workers I've ever seen! And the price seemed completely reasonable - we added new gutters and guards to the roofing project and the price was considerably less than what we had been quoted by a couple of the "gutter screen" companies. Everything was done on schedule and we love the final look! (Owens Corning Sierra Gray shingles). I definitely recommend Kerns!

5 Stars – Highly Recommend Kerns Roofing and Restoration! After storm damage left us needing a new roof, a friend referred us to Kerns Roofing and Restoration—and I’m so glad he did. From start to finish, Michael Nicely was outstanding. He handled everything with the insurance company, met the adjuster on-site, and made the entire process completely stress-free. I didn’t even have to be there so I didn’t miss work! We ended up referring Kerns to our neighbor who also ended up getting a new roof! What really stood out was how Michael went to bat for us when the insurance company tried to shortchange us—he fought for what was fair and made sure we were taken care of. Thanks to his hard work, we got a great roof with no hassle. They even did the entire job in one day! If you’re looking for a company that’s honest, professional, and truly works for you, call Kerns Roofing and Restoration. You won’t regret it!
