ARCO Review Findings
Sun Rise Roofing is consistently praised for their professional, honest, and high-quality workmanship, with customers frequently highlighting their clear communication and efficient service. Clients also appreciate the company's responsiveness, thorough project management, and the dedicated staff who go the extra mile to ensure jobs are completed properly.
After getting several quotes, we went with Sunrise because their price was competitive, they were honest, and they had great communication. They installed a standing seam metal roof faster than they estimated and it looks great. At some point one of our gutters was bent and they made sure to replace it - we hadn’t even noticed the gutter had bent. We were really impressed with their honesty. I can’t recommend Sunrise enough.
I'm thrilled to recommend SunRise Roofing for their outstanding service in replacing my roof. From their transparent and informative assessment to the skilled and efficient workmanship of their crew, every aspect of the process was exemplary. They used high-quality materials and maintained excellent communication throughout, resulting in a superior end result. Choosing SunRise Roofing was a decision I'll never regret—they're simply the best in the business.
We had a tile roof that was 20 years old that encountered a major leak during the last November rains in Albuquerque. Sunrise was the only company that was able to come out and examine the situation within 2 business days. They made sure to discuss and show us all of the costs for repair and replacement of our roof. Their communication, responsiveness and professionalism is top notch! It was a messy job to replace a 40 square tile roof with shingles plus repair the damaged areas, but they did it in two days! It was messy and they did as good as they could to keep the mess at a minimum. They did a wonderful job on the new roof! John, Manuel, Ricardo, the staff at the business and the "crew", are all hard working and caring individuals that try their best to do the job as perfectly and smoothly as they can! They were very kind to perform a post installation walk on the roof with me explaining everything they did and why. I can highly recommend them to anyone. We believe we got a very fair price for the work and materials.
Working with Sunrise Roofing has been a pleasure! Daisy went well above her job duties! She coordinated with the solar company on my behalf to ensure the work gets done. She also helped problem solve an issue we were having with the Solar company. I highly recommend this company! They are true professionals!
They were very complete and honest with their estimates and recommendations. I would recommend SunRise Roofing for anyone is looking for a excellent roofer. I wish I knew about them in the pass as my experience was devastating with another company who promised more then they gave. Thanks once again to SunRise Roofing who addressed the issues and corrected the mistakes.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
